Do not buy from this dealer.

Do not buy from this dealer. Offered $2000 less after only 2 months on a Soul that had to be towed back to them. Also , they never fixed the known engine re call issue.

Stay away from the used Kia lot.

Stay away from the used Kia lot. They do horrendous fixes on the exterior. Second car in a row with paint issues.

Dealer response

Hi Dave, I apologize but I don’t recall assisting you with this issue. Please contact me at your earliest opportunity so we can further investigate and try to resolve this matter accordingly.

Consumer response

Really? Three people knew my situation. I've emailed Sales dept, service dept and my sales guy about the situation. Waited weeks for a response and after I sent another email asking why nobody respond. Your sales manager finally responded, a lot of sarcasm... . Pretty much saying that it's my problem not his and his tired of hearing from me cause I've had nothing but issues since day one of my purchase. 35000 miles and my paint is peeling. Buyer beware.

Great experience

The service department is very fast and efficient. They don’t keep you waiting longer than you need to.And they don’t try and make you do other stuff for your vehicle, other than what you came in for which we love. Alex the manager and his staff make you feel like family

Updated: 6/24 12:30pm.

Updated: 6/24 12:30pm. My car won't start again. I had to jump-started it like before. Called the service department, and he said he would have George, the service advisor, get back to me on Monday. I knew they didn't fix the problem. I did my own research. It seems like online googling has more knowledge than their trained technicians. Wasted my 3 and half hours time yesterday sitting in the waiting area. This is unacceptable! This is a lemon car. --end of update---- I thought 3rd dealership was a charm, but obviously not. I called in 3 weeks ahead to schedule my repair. My ev6 with less than 20k mile needs jumped start every single time when I want to drive it. For some reason, the 12v battery won't take any charge. Brought my car here, no loaner, no exact time it needs for repair, waited freaking 3 and half hours, then tell me the car won't charge itself because of bunch error codes. we had erased all the codes, charged your battery, and you're good to go. xxx, that needs 3 and a half hours to do. Car has those codes because of faults with the car to begin with. Kia is a piece of junk. Every kia dealership I went to has a whole role of ev6s with a markup of $4000 sitting in the lot. I'm the only one stupid enough to buy kia for an experiment. They can't even fix the car they make, especially evs. Listen folks, kia sucks. Services, showrooms, last but not least, their own cars.
