Leased Vehicle Purchase Rip-Off!

I tried to purchase my leased vehicle at the end of its lease. They were going to charge me $2,500 as an inspection fee that was not part of the lease agreement. The worst part is that they tried to hide the fee into the cost of the car. I had to ask why the cost was higher than the lease agreement. DO NOT purchase your lease vehicle through this terrible dealership. Purchase your leased vehicle through Tresl. They were great and have no hidden costs. They have a website.

Please heed all of the negative reviews. This dealership is the worst. My lease is up and I want to purchase the car. According to the contract it should cost the residual, a $500 lease termination fee, plus applicable taxes, title and transfer fees. Kia is not licensed to sell cars direct to consumers in PA, so I have to go through a dealer. Gateway's 'offer was $3000 more than I expected to pay. When I pointed that out, I was told that facilitating the sale was creating work for them and they expected to be paid for it. They are entitled to something but processing some paperwork hardly seems to be worth 3 grand. They told me to try my luck at another dealership. I told them to f*k off. The whole vibe of this place is shady. Avoid it if at all possible.

Our experience was too notch. Hez was knowledgeable, honest and patient. He made the entire process enjoyable and easy.

Full of xx and lies. They tried to play and fool of me....

Full of xx and lies. They tried to play and fool of me. Once I found the tricks. The situation was getting out of control. Voice abuse or even life threatening is here. I almost called 911 for help. Buyers do not trust anything they say. I wanted to buy out lease. They brough out a lease returning paper and asked me to sign. I refused and decided walk away. No, I coul not. Someone jumped out and yelled " You must turn in the keys!" xxx, there was no deal no agreement no signed paper. Now I need surrend my keys otherwise I will be hurt. “There will be consequence if you don't turn in the keys". They tried to abuse/rob me. I almost called 911 because this is a life threatening. Can you believe a sales want to rob the customer? I know this is radicous. But it happened. Don't even think of coming here. Unless you are prepared to be abused or even being robbed.

My vehicle lease is due to reach maturity in October,...

My vehicle lease is due to reach maturity in October, 2021. The contract states that I am able to purchase the vehicle for the residual value and that there would be no fees associate with the purchase. I went to Gateway Kia, where I’d signed the lease agreement, to purchase the car. At that time the dealer representative told me that there would be fees associated with the purchase. After telling him that my contract stated otherwise, I was asked to show him the paperwork, which I did. He then told me that he would be unable to sell me the vehicle for the contract price and that I would need to take it up with Kia. Kia is no licensed to sell in PA so referred me to a 3rd party where I'll have to pay additional fees. The lease end process with Kia is so bad that I'll never purchase/lease another Kia or Hyundai. Gateway, in particular, is horrible in how they tried to breach the contract. Avoid them like the plague.

the most dishonest people. Deal was agreed upon and they sold the car behind my back. NEVER buy from these people. one lie after the next. John Clark is the top of the sales chain so top liar. How can you agree to a deal ask to wait for end of the month (due to some lie about marketing and the use of the car in question) to come in and then the day before sell the car and blame it on the sister dealership (take responsibility). They will not get my business and my hope is NO PERSON SHOPPING FOR A CAR EVER Use Warrington or Quakertown Kia (who were blamed for the sale of the car that was agreed to me). My hope is that this review will cost them more money then that made on selling the car behind my back

STAY AWAY!!This dealership is liars and extremely rude....

STAY AWAY!! This dealership is liars and extremely rude. I drove 40mins to test drive car they said they had, I called and emailed that day to confirm it was on the lot. When I got there they didn't have it (or any comparable car to test drive) they were unhelpful and very rude. They said they would see if they has it on another lot and it could maybe be there in an hour. They did not care about my time. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

Buyers beware. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. All cars are overpriced. They give you one price and it ends up. The big guy, sales manager is rude and threatened to give me less for my trade?? Go to Burlington no hassle.

PRICE GOUGING

Shady and selling cars over M.S.R.P. and do not care. The car I inquired about was 3k over. Raceway Kia should be the model for any dealerships. Look at their why buy here!
