AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received a phone call from Gateway Kia stating they needed used Kia Rios from 2010-2014 and to come in to see if they can over pay me for it and I'd be able to trade it in. I took that opportunity since the 2011 Kia Rio I was sold from Gateway Warrington in December of 2014 that had 14,000 miles on it was already giving me issues having 32,000 miles on it now. I went in on Friday night and salesman Chris started to help me, we sat there for a little and I wound up having to leave since I didn’t have all of my paperwork to complete the sale. Chris gave me his personal number to text him and send him the papers, so I did just that on Monday morning around 10 am. I didn’t hear from him for a few hours, so figuring he was just busy I didn’t bother him. He got back to me a few hours later and said they would start on the paperwork soon, that they were busy. We went back and forth a few times, but after 5:30 pm on Monday the conversation came to a halt. He never told me whether I was approved, and didn't bother texting me to let me know he was still waiting on the approval. I text him and called him Monday night, but he never answered me. He said his day off was Tuesdays which was the next day, so I called up to the dealership to let them know the situation and to see if I was approved and got no answer from anyone because he wasn’t there to let me know. I text him and called him that day as well, still with no answer. It is now Wednesday mid day and I still haven’t heard from him, I called him and text him still with no answer. I called the dealership because he was apparently working today, but he so happened to “just step out” when I called, so I explained to whomever I was speaking with that this is unacceptable of him to not get back to me and that I have been waiting since Monday to see if I’ve been approved. The gentleman said he didn’t know and I’d have to wait for Chris to get back to me. I told him never mind and I would not be giving such an unprofessional salesman any business. Chris just text me AFTER I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO COMPLAIN saying he didn’t get back to me because he didn’t have an answer. I told him it’s unprofessional and common courtesy to get back to someone who is waiting on a response, even just to tell me he’s waiting on an answer. I guess common courtesy is something they need to work on along with educating their employees on how important communication is when making a deal with someone. I DO NOT recommend Gateway Kia of Warrington for anything, their service department who I had to deal with twice is just as incompetent as their sales team.

Great customer service
I just read customer x's review on her sales person. I actually got my new Sorento from Gateway Kia and everyone was great. It sounds to me that customer X has some credit problems. If you pay your bills on time there is no need to send paperwork back and forth and wait for phone calls to see if you are approved. When you pay your bills on time you walk in and pick out the car you want sign the paperwork and leave. What is really sad is that you probably just got this poor sales person in trouble because you don't pay your bills. I loved dealing with Gateway Kia they always take care of me and yes I have used there service dept also and Don is the best. It's sad that just because you don't pay your bills you can sit behind your computer and bash the place.

I would recommend Gateway Kia to everyone who is looking for a new car! Joe B. is awesome, Bret and Steve are helpful, caring,and so personable! This is my 3rd vehicle purchased at Gateway and each time the experience has been great! The service department,especially Don, is very flexible and an added bonus to a new car purchase! Relaxing buyer's atmosphere!
This dealership is by far the best in my opinion. The sales department listen to what I wanted and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything that I didn't want. The service department is also very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend them!!
