Buy a car

Excellent

Very easy going and would recommend. The sales staff and management was easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone who is in the market to Only go to Gateway Kia Warrington.

HORRIBLE service!

You've been warned - find another Kia Dealer to buy from and more importantly, get your KIA serviced! Gateway Kia Warrington's service department is in complete chaos, which may be because of the utter incompetence of the Service management OR the Technicians being clueless on how to fix their own vehicles. Short version of events AFTER our vehicle was there for 2 WEEKS with no update on status... "Good thing you called 'cause the part just (now) got here." Apparently the warehouse workers at the parts warehouse not only do not know how to pull the correct part number but they also FUDGED the paperwork so the part number, packing slip and invoice all matched. Appears to be a conspiracy undertaken by the international Kia parts warehouse to unscrupulously undermine this one dealership. STAY AWAY from this place!

Stay away - you've been warned!

You've been warned - find another Kia Dealer to buy from and more importantly, get your KIA serviced! Gateway Kia Warrington's service department is in complete chaos, which may be because of the utter incompetence of the Service management OR the Technicians being clueless on how to fix their own vehicles. (really I called at the exact perfect moment at 9:53 on a Monday?) Me - Sorry? The car's been there for going on 2 weeks!! (in an aggravated and sarcastic tone) "So you ordered in the wrong AGAIN? (this was the second time!) Kia - "YEA, looks like the wrong part was shipped in last week. Very Pleased with their salesmanship

I was very pleased with the salesmanship Rick demonstrated. He was anxious, but no pressure, to meet my specifications. But he was somewhat limited by the stock on hand. The Sportage he found for me is very adequate for my needs. I visited your dealership 3 times before deciding on the vehicle that satisfied my wife and I. Rick was a gentleman each time, and very thorough in explaining the advantages of the Sportage. Thank you for an excellent experience. I will definitely recommend Gateway to family and friends. All I Wanted Was an Oil Change

We came to Gateway Kia for an oil change, which was due. Hoping we could just wait for it, we were told it would take about 45 minutes. So we said, great. Well what do you do at a car dealer when you have 45 min. to waist, you look at cars. Lorenzo Kemmerlin approached us with a big smile and a friendly manner. We were contemplating trading our 2004 Kia Sorrento in for a new car in the near future so we told Lorenzo what we had in mind. He was not only friendly but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered every question we asked of him and even had some suggestions for us to consider. The Gateway Staff made the purchasing process smooth and easy. Everyone was very pleasant. Lorenzo helped set up some functions in our new car and told us if we have any questions to just call him. Later as we drove off in our new car we said what a great experience from Lorenzo and the whole staff . As we did with our 2004, our new Sorrento will be serviced at Gateway Kia. Awesome

Went there not knowing if I could get approved, after the hard work of Rob and the team I went home in my new 2013 optima... So happy that I actually enjoy driving around in a car again!!
