A wonderful shopping experience
I met Juan Villarreal for for a test drive and I couldn't recommend him more! Juan was the best product specialist I have ever met at a dealership. He's respectful, knowledgable, patient, and friendly. He truly have your best needs in mind when he went through the options. Juan made the test drive experience comfortable and joyful! I had a wonderful Mercedes-Benz experience before I own their vehicle. If anyone ever wants to try out a MB car, just ask for Juan and you will be pleased.

I have been going to Knauz for over 10+ years and was...
I have been going to Knauz for over 10+ years and was looking forward to finally buying the car I have wanted for a long time. I had an appointment to see the vehicle and purchase it but when I arrived was informed they had already sold it. I was told I was sent an email regarding the sale. That email was sent 9 minutes before my appointment which was while I was already waiting in the lot to go inside the dealership. Zero communication on their end letting me know someone else was even looking at the vehicle. If I knew that was the case I would have gladly come in sooner to complete the deal. The most annoying part for me is that my salesperson knew this was the car I had been looking for since the beginning of the year. Was told multiple times I was on his "hot list". I understand there is no certainty in the car business, but I know a thing or two about customer service and customer loyalty. Knauz failed and has lost a customer (which I'm sure they don't care about).This would have been my second car from Knauz and I was looking forward to future business as well. Clearly shows how much they appreciate their customers and return business. Thanks a lot!

Juan Villarreal was the best part of the experience I had with Knauz Motors. I came to this dealership to lease a Mercedes SUV. I initially worked with a young man who I will not identify, because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but after asking him to do a little research on their inventory, this guy never got back to me after several attempts to contact him. I did lease a car, but with a very nice young man named Trent Wilkinson. During the leasing process, there was a problem with my title, but management very kindly took care of it. A few days after I picked up the car, it was making a strange noise, so I took it in to be checked and Juan to the rescue. It was a minor problem and easily fixed, but Juan was so kind and helpful. A great asset to the dealership.
