Amazing Experience

They were great to work with. From sales with Ron, Cole with learning the technology, and the finance team. My wife was excited when she arrived at the dealership and the truck had a bow on it for her bday. Thanks guys!

We just worked with Leo/Matt to order a 2021 X5 xDrive40i (we also bought a 2019 540i xDrive from him almost exactly two years ago). Seamless experience.... Looking forward to the next one! Knauz is our favorite dealership!

We've had Land Rover vehicles since 2007 and have come to expect nothing less than a great relationship with the employees there. We were thrilled once again to work with Jack Iberle who sold us our most recent purchase. He was kind and professional and made the transaction beyond easy. We were sent to Cole Sysco so he could teach us all the tech details of our new car. He was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He made himself available to answer any further questions we may have as we get to know our car. The whole experience, as usual, was great!

During this time of COVID, we were in need of a new car. Spencer Parker of Knauz BMW took great care of us and helped us to purchase a wonderful vehicle. Luke Wojtas showed us how to use all of the features of the car before we left the showroom. Both of these gentlemen were kind and professional. Incredibly intelligent sales people, fantastic service, and zero concern about the integrity of the deal we made. This was our first experience, and it will certainly not be our last. Sam Picchietti was a fantastic and honest salesperson from our first phone conversation, which was a total cold call.
