I have been going to Knauz for over 10+ years and was...

I have been going to Knauz for over 10+ years and was looking forward to finally buying the car I have wanted for a long time. I had an appointment to see the vehicle and purchase it but when I arrived was informed they had already sold it. I was told I was sent an email regarding the sale. That email was sent 9 minutes before my appointment which was while I was already waiting in the lot to go inside the dealership. Zero communication on their end letting me know someone else was even looking at the vehicle. If I knew that was the case I would have gladly come in sooner to complete the deal. The most annoying part for me is that my salesperson knew this was the car I had been looking for since the beginning of the year. Was told multiple times I was on his "hot list". I understand there is no certainty in the car business, but I know a thing or two about customer service and customer loyalty. Knauz failed and has lost a customer (which I'm sure they don't care about).This would have been my second car from Knauz and I was looking forward to future business as well. Clearly shows how much they appreciate their customers and return business. Thanks a lot!

Juan Villarreal was the best part of the experience I had...

Juan Villarreal was the best part of the experience I had with Knauz Motors. I came to this dealership to lease a Mercedes SUV. I initially worked with a young man who I will not identify, because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but after asking him to do a little research on their inventory, this guy never got back to me after several attempts to contact him. I did lease a car, but with a very nice young man named Trent Wilkinson. During the leasing process, there was a problem with my title, but management very kindly took care of it. A few days after I picked up the car, it was making a strange noise, so I took it in to be checked and Juan to the rescue. It was a minor problem and easily fixed, but Juan was so kind and helpful. A great asset to the dealership.

Outstanding personality, professional and helpful beyond my wildest expectations. Not only did he show me everything on the car and how to use it but sent me a personal video on how to set up my garage door opener built into my new Mercedes.. People like this is why this is the best dealership I have dealt with in by 50 years of purchasing vehicles

This is my second car from Knauz. Fabulous experience. Bob Geisheker was extremely helpful. Cannot say enough good things about him and the entire team. I called Bob before visiting and he made the process incredibly easy. He has in depth knowledge of the vehicles and understands your needs immediately. He goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want. Highly recommend!

Rob Hill was the consummate professional. He made the process easy no car dealer antics. Rob and the finance manager made this literally the easiest, most painless car purchase in my 35yr history of purchasing cars. The entire process took less than an hour including trading in 2 cars.
