I went in to the service department expecting a fight about a warranty repair. They not only did the warranty repair, they also did a recall that I wasn't aware of. They had the parts in stock and the vehicle was ready at the promised time. I greatly appreciated the treatment.

The service people were great . It was trying to get through to make an appointment or see if my car was ready in the shop. No one answers the phone and it keeps going to voice mail.

I didn't have an appointment but Alec got me right in and kept me updated with how things were going. He was very personable, and explained everything so I could understand it. Although they had to fit me in, I was surprised that they had me on the road later that day.

Great buying experience.
Sales person JonCharles was excellent. I was able to arrange everything over email which is great for me. Financing was easy, although I did pay cash. But they weren't pushy with the upsales which I really appreciate. I just picked what I wanted (or didn't want) and was out the door.

Poor communication
I bought a new Jeep from this dealership in July 2018. This dealership did not get the proper paperwork to the DMV. I ended up with an expired paper plate. I was told to call the title person at the dealership. I called multiple times and never received a response. I was promised a new paper plate but never received one. I've had to file a complaint with the state in order to get my car registered. I do not recommend this dealership.

Horrible customer service
I bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade here about 2 months ago, the salesman Joe seemed completely irritated throughout the entire buying process and clearly hated his job. Here we are two months later, they still have not sent over my title information so I am unable to get my license plates, and no one will call me back to get an extension on my temporary tags. Good price on the car, but honestly not worth it to have to deal with these people
