Great experience

My salesman Tom Gasparini was great to deal with, very helpful and straight forward. Chris Brown was very friendly and knowledgeable with service contract information.

A great experience.

I walked into crest cadillac and i met a young vibrant dealer by the name of gage and that is when my dream car became a reality. I had virtually no credit nor a cosigner and he still found away for me to drive off so cuddles to him and Mr.Thompson.

My first Cadillac

Great customer service

Tom Gasparini and Dave Thompson were great to work with. Transaction went smoothly with lots of help throughout the process. Had a minor issue when I picked up the car but Tom and the service department took care of it immediately. Their customer service through the process was some of the best I have received while making a purchase of any kind. Very impressed by Crest Cadillac

Rick Nuzzo, was not nice! Sorry he was not helpful and had to get a manager to fix my concerns. The comment that will forever stick with me that he made is “THE CAR PAST INSPECTION SO IT’S YOUR PROBLEM AND EXPENSE! this after I only had the car 3 days. Thank you Jim for your help. Listening to my concerns and $160 in repairs made me a returning customer. Yes I will purchase next car from Crest Cadillac the company is excellent.

Great experience !

Thanks for the great service provided by the service dept. at Crest Cadillac including the shuttle ride back home, I appreciated the daily contact by Bob Birmingham about the progression of the repairs I had requested. Thanks also to Shawn Wolfe for recommending to me they could offer a better service than a local repair shop, I was very pleasantly surprised, Sincerely Don Derby.
