XTS purchase

Rick Nuzzo was very helpful in answering any of our questions. It is the 3rd cadillac we have bought from this dealership and definitely would return and ask for Rick.

XT5 purchase

I gave a 5 star review because as always, Crest Cadillac of Syracuse puts the customer first. In particular I worked with Rick, who has sold me 2 other cadillacs in the past. He has always gone above and beyond in helping me with vehicle sales, but beyond that has kept in touch even when I am not buying a new car. That is the type of service that will keep me coming back to Crest for years to come! Thank you!

Tom @ Crest Cadillac was the best

Great service!

From walking into the door to driving off the lot with my new car it was a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone just wants to help get you into that new car!

Great place to go for 1st first vehicle, even with no credit

They were very patient with me and helped me tremendously. They work around obstacles with you and help you get what you came there for.

Above and beyond

I saw Rick about 6 months prior to actually purchasing a car. He was informative and knowledgeable, but no pressure when I decided the vehicle wasn't right. So when it was time to give it another try, I called Rick. Worked out great, and ended up with the right vehicle for us.

Rick Nuzzo was the best

After looking around for a vehicle for a few weeks, we went to Crest Cadillac to look at a Chrysler van. We met Rick Nuzzo and immediately liked him, his straight forward friendly manner and great customer service. He was able to work with us when our initial option sold and got us exactly what we wanted (and even better than our first option) within a couple of days. He was helpful, friendly and most of all, we immediately trusted him. We will definitely be recommending him to friends who are looking for vehicles and will be back in touch with him when our other car needs replacing. Dave Thompson was also great with the financing - again straight forward, upfront and friendly. Definitely five starts all round.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER

During the winter of 2017-2018 I contacted Tom Gasparini, a sales associate at Crest Cadillac and asked him to find a minivan vintage 2015-2016 low mileage. Told him there was no rush since my current 2006 Chrysler Town and Country was running well but I would like to upgrade by Spring. Well Tom found exactly what I wanted in a superbly clean 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Touring with only 19,500 miles and loaded with all the extras. My experience at Crest was very welcoming from the point of entry at the receptionist to the visit with Dave Thompson discussing financing options to the time spent with Tom walking me through the details of using the vehicle's electronics right up to the moment I shock Tom's hand and thanked him for taking care of me. Through out this process I never felt pressured and would highly recommend Crest Cadillac for your vehicle preferences.

GREAT experience from start to finish!

Tom Gasparini was very helpful when I decided to purchase a new car. Once again he found me exactly what I was looking for and delivered it when I needed it. He made what could have been a very stressful situation very easy for me. I have purchased several cars from Tom and have always been happy with my purchases. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a new or used car.
