Our experience

Our experience was wonderful. Being second time lease customers at Cresr Acura, We were more than pleased with the service. Both Tom and Chris took the time to patiently walk us through everything we need to know from the Apple CarPlay to the signatures to transferring our belongs from our old MDX into the new one! Great atmosphere, felt well taking care of.

Best dealership and Salesman ever!!

A friend of mine recommended seeing Tom at Crest Cadillac when I was in need of a new car. He made it VERY comfortable, and didn’t pressure me or try to push anything on to me. He took care of absolutely everything for me and got me right into my new car. Him and his team are AMAZING and I will forever get all of my cars from them. I highly recommend!!

One of the best!

Car shopping can be difficult, but not at Crest! With a knowledgeable and friendly staff I had probably the best car buying experience ever. My hats off to the entire team especially Steve and Dave for all of their help. In a word, Quick and painless!

Great experience

Let me start by saying that I hate making major purchases, in particular, buying vehicles. Tom G., my salesperson, was responsive to my questions about the truck I bought and made the process easier than I could have hoped for. For that, I’m thankful and will gladly return in the future.

Informative and friendly

Dave Powers made our experience the best it could be. He realizes the importance of this decision when considering the cost involved and safety of the driver. Safety was a big selling point as well as the promise to be there if/ when needed. I also like Dave’s recommendations as he has the knowledge of not only this car but many others. It’s not his first rodeo thankfully.

I started out looking for an older car and by chance Dave 1 & Dave2 LOL WHENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO GIVE ME A BETTER AFORDABLE DEAL THAT OTHER DEALERS TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME!!!!!!!!

It was by chance that I stopped in at this beautiful facility that presents beautiful products and met Tom Gasparini. He proved to be very professional, courteous and easy to deal with. He made me a Cadillac owner!
