Professional & Very helpful
Good people. Tom & Dave were great. They helped me get into a good vehicle at a wonderful rate. Tom made sure all aspects were taken care of and even came in on his day off the day I picked up. His effort was very noticeable and greatly appreciated.

Friendly Experience at Crest!
Friendly atmosphere, welcoming from the front door. They are quick to assist you with great knowledge and expertise about Cadillac vehicles. I didn't purchase a car upon my recent visit as the particular car was not available. But I'm rather confident Dave Powers will be selling me my next Cadillac!! He was great! I recommend anyone looking for a new or used Caddy to go see Dave & the Crest Team!!

With my Cadillac CTS lease coming to an end, I was in the market for a new car and had hundreds of options available to me. I test drove different makes of vehicles ranging from Mercedes, and Infiniti, to BMW. Don't get me wrong, they are all very nicely made cars, but at the end of the day, there was something about Crest Cadillac that kept my loyalty. The atmosphere there is really something else compared to other dealerships. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as someone who mattered, not just another customer. I was greeted by about 3 or 4 different employees until I finally made my way to the desk of salesman, Dave Powers. I really cannot say enough about this employee. He goes above and beyond to not only give me the best deal available (bang for my buck), but makes himself available at a moments notice. As a car guy, I never once felt like a bother, even with all 1001 questions I had for Dave. He is very professional, courteous, honest, and most importantly, personable. It was a matter of a day before I was in my brand new Cadillac CT6, which is unlike anything else that I've ever driven. I also would like to say a word about the service department at Crest. Bob and Liz have become two of my favorite people. And don't get me wrong, I hardly ever need service aside from the normal tire and oil change, but somehow they both remember my name and always make me feel right at home. If I ever need a loaner, which tends to be often, it's never an issue and even if I wait for my car, they always come and check in on me in the comfortable waiting room. I can't say enough about this dealership and it doesn't take long to feel like part of the Crest family. Don't believe me? Just pay them a visit and you'll understand!! :)

Painless no haggling, courteous service.
This is the second car I have purchased with Tom as salesperson. Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He made car biying experience painless. This was my fourth Cadillac purchased from Crest.
