Trade in for a new vehicle

We were satisfied in our experience with Crest Cadillac and our salesperson Steve Denoo. He was very professional and helpful and made us feel welcome. When it comes time to do business again in the future, we will be sure to ask for him.

Crest Cadillac and Steven Denoo are top rated

My wife and I have been customers of Crest Cadillac and have dealt exclusively with one Sales Consultant, Steven Denoo. We have many reasons to rate Crest and Steve as 5 Start Excellent, and it begins with Steve Denoo. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Cadillac product line... I mean REALLY extreme in his knowledge. He reads voraciously about the products and initiates dialog with both the factory and the manufacturing engineers. Steve is the most down to earth sales consultant with whom one would ever want to work. His "down home" style is both calming and entertaining. the car purchase experience is so much more enjoyable when dealing with Steve. We hope he never retires! Or, if he does retire, Crest needs to clone him for future generations of customers! The Sales Management team at Crest also gives the purchaser a sense of ease within a friendly, yet business-like atmosphere. The Service team at Crest is top notch and the experience begins with Bob and Liz at the Service Desk. These folks are tremendous customer oriented individuals. Yes, I fully understand the wealth of information available to them electronically in their customer data base, but when you are asked "How has your kayaking been going?", or "What's new at the Fire Department", you know folks have gone above plain data mining. You feel welcome in this dealership. The Customer Lounge is a great, comfortable resource, and it is within eye-shot of our Sales Consultant, which makes for ease of discussions and sets plans for future purchases. Lastly, the Service Techs perform their job right the first time and leave my car perfectly clean both inside and out. We have no fear of grease marks anywhere in or outside our car. In Summary, this all begins with the relationship we have with our Sales Consultant, Steven Denoo, who keeps us coming through the door for years to come. He knows the product line and understands our needs as they change as our lives change. It makes trading at Crest Cadillac a wonderful experience, and one we expect to continue for years to come.

First timer

I can't say enough good things about Crest Cadillac and in particular Steve Denoo in Sales. Every employee went above and beyond throughout this process. What a great operation. As a Salesperson myself I know when someone is trying and doing their best and Crest delivers start to stop. Well done Crest. Thanks for everything! Jeff Langdon

We drove 2 hours to get to Crest Cadillac! Glad we did. Dave Powers was great to work with and I am happy with my first Caddy.

Great overall experience!

Want to thank everyone at Crest Cadillac for the great experience we had purchasing our new XTS. We drove an hour and a half to do business there and will do it again! From the receptionist to Joe and Tom in used sales helping us to Paul, the whole process was seamless. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks Tom for setting everything up in the car for us!
