Sales person was outstanding

2014 Cadillac Ats

David Powers was an excellent salesman. He showed me that he wanted to make the sale and did whatever he could to get me the car I wanted. I recommend David to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.

Friendly and fair customer service

Both my wife and I had a good experance during the process of purchasing a used vehicle from Crest Cadillac. Tom Gasparini let us test drive several vehicles and answered all of our questions during the process. The purchase was handeled timely and efficiently throughout from start to nfinish. We would deffently consider conducting business here again along with having our vehical serviced.

Thankful

My experience with crest Cadillac was absolutely beautiful I can't say enough on how well their service was. Their compassion and honesty to help me get in a car even if it's not the one you wanted I tell Mr.Powers and Mr.Thompson went above and beyond to make sure I was in a car I've never seen such commitment normally once a negative report comes back they don't try any more. Is was shown true compassion and care for their customers and today even after being turned down they wouldn't stop I was just thankful for that I'm even more thankful dur to their compassion and commitment I have a beautiful car today thank you crest Cadillac and your amazing staff.

Got the car of my dreams, no high pressure

Always a pleasure

I love how honest and helpful everyone there is from the sales team Dave Powers to the finance Manager Dave Thompson can't wait to buy a 3rd car from them in the future. I have had bad experiences with other dealers in the past, but at crest you don't have to worry what they tell you is what they do. Honest and trustworthy is the best way to describe them.
