I recently had a pleasant purchasing experience when working with Tom Gasparini to find my new company vehicle. He worked with my budget, as well as desired features to cone up with a vehicle that so far has made made my life working on the road simplified. This was not my first company vehicle purchase, but it was the easiest purchase I have had. I plan on calling Tom when this vehicle is due for an upgrade.

Jim Barr and Craig Bunch have both helped me in the past when purchasing a used Cadillac and then a new Cadillac in recent years. One Sunday afternoon, I went by the dealership to look at the cars on the lot, only to run into Craig stopping by on his day of. He took the time to walk me thru some of the cars and we made an appointment to purchase the following week. A month ago, I saw Jim Barr at a luncheon and told him about a problem I was encountering with one of the cars, this car was over it's warranty and I knew it may cost some decent money.. He had his service manager call me later that same day and schedule it in to see what the problem was. They worked with me and we came to an agreement on the service and parts price, very, very fair agreement. All I can say is,,,, These gentlemen and Crest, have offered nothing but exceptional service, above my expectations. I strongly recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone who is looking for professional and honest service.
