Just putting my 2 cents in. I have been going to Crest for almost 22 years. The Service Dept and Sales Team have always been top notch. If there's a problem they go above and beyond. I never felt like I was being talked down to and if I didn't understand something, staff go to great lengths to answer any question I might have. I appreciate being treated like family. It's like a have an 'Uncle' in the business.

Greg exceeded my expectations based on the excellent customer service I received from him. He went above and beyond to assist us in our purchase. For example, taking my many calls on his own time (at night) at home to answer questions without rushing me or making me feel uneasy. Greg made the entire process a breeze and he is an honest salesman (which may be rare nowadays). If it was not for Greg's attitude and honesty I would more than likely not purchased this car. Also, Joe Hawelka (New Car Sales Manager) was knowledgable, Informative, and most important made me feel at ease as well with the purchase. Both Greg and Joe are the reason I would go back to Crest on my next purchase.
