Greg Zimmer was my sales person and he was awesome from

Greg Zimmer was my sales person and he was awesome from start to finish. Greg did a wonderful job working with me to find my new CT4. The entire staff at Crest Cadillac was helpful, courteous staff. The finance department listened to what I wanted my payments to be and worked with GMC financing and got it done. I did not spend all day inside a dealership like so many other places. I would recommend Crest Cadillac for your new or used vehicle needs. Thanks again for getting me into the car I really wanted!!!

Let me begin by saying I rarely write negative reviews. That stated, unfortunately I had a pretty negative experience with this dealership, but looking at other reviews my experience seems similar to others. We live in the Boston area and my daughter goes to SU. She was going to come home, but about a week before she was to do so her car started smoking. I thought she should get it checked out before she came home. So I called and made an appointment. She went in and they did a diagnostic and told her they did not find any issues. She proceeded to come home that night and about 45 minutes from home the car started smoking again. We got it fixed the next day and the mechanic fairly easily found the problem. I called to talk to the service department about this. I told them I would like them to refund my daughter's money or do something since they looked it over but did not find the problem. The first woman I spoke to was understanding but said the decision was out of her hands. She then went and talked to her manager who said he would not do anything. I asked to speak to the manager and she told he would call me back later that day. Nothing from him since. I understand they did the diagnostic and it is reasonable they be compensated on some level, but they obviously did not do a thorough job or did not seem to care that there was a problem in the end. I was looking for some acknowledgement or gesture. Again, crickets. Not the way to do business. I will certainly let folks know not to use them. Reputation matters folks.

We were unable to reach you when trying to return your call. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. When presented with the 2010 Cadillac CTS with 115,000 miles on the odometer and what the concern was we quoted a $149.00 diagnostic fee to try and determine what the issue may have been. Your daughter authorized the diagnostic fee and after our technician spent 45 minutes checking all fluids and safety related items he was unable to find any leaks or smoking at the time. As a courtesy and goodwill gesture we discounted the diagnostic fee to $75.

I appreciate the reply but nobody ever called me back according to my phone records, nor did you leave a message. If you had I would have called you back to discuss. Of course, as you well know, the point of doing the diagnostic was to find something if there was a problem. There WAS a problem and you did not find it, but there was no sense of responsibility on your part about that fact. That was what I was looking for. And I just spoke to my daughter and asked her if you quoted the $149 when she got there. She said when she walked in they told her it would be $80 for the diagnostic. The biggest issue for me is when you provide a service that is supposed to do something and you fail to do it you need to own that. You could have said — you know what we must have missed that. How about a free oil change? Or something like that. And I probably would have said ok that is not perfect but at least they are standing behind their work.

Mr. Greg Zimmer is a very nice man! He helped me getting

Mr. Greg Zimmer is a very nice man! He helped me getting my new XT4 in this hard time while other dealers have no new cars in stock. He took care everything, I just need to pay down payment and sign some papers, everything is done in less than 1 week since the day I walk into his office. I love my new Cadillac! I love Greg! Thank you! And thanks to other nice employees in Crest Cadillac! You guys are awesome!

Greg Zimmer was awesome.

Greg Zimmer was awesome. He was extremely friendly, Got me all the information I needed about the vehicle, including background and Kelly BlueBook rating. He then explained the options that were available, accompanied me with the test drive , and explained those options in detail. He worked hard on getting me the car delivered on time with no issues. I will definitely buy from him again.
