I was lucky this visit, it could have been 7 hours! or 20 minutes for the recall I came in with, I ended up with the 20 minutes. Everything went smooth as usual. I got to visit with Old Friends, and was home in less than an hour!

Any big purchase is stressful. Our experience at Crest Cadillac was amazing. We didn't expect to be coddled but we were. We bought a pre-owned vehicle but were treated as though we were purchasing a new one.

Very Professional Dealership
I recently purchased a new 2015 Cadillac SRX and was very pleased with the professionalism of the salesperson, Joe Hawelka, throughout the entire process. Joe was well versed in all models of Cadillacs. Additionally, he stayed after hours with me on the initial sale and came in on his day off when I took delivery. He was very thorough in going over all the paperwork and the features of the car with me. Joe is probably the most professional car salesmen I have ever worked with. Thank you, Joe!

Good service, great staff
I was very pleased with the purchase of my CTS. About 3 weeks later, a part failed and it was returned to Crest for service. The part was out of stock, and on back order. Crest had my CTS approximately 5 weeks, during which I was given a loaner (a rental at first and then an ATS). Each time I called to check, the service department was apologetic that it was taking so long to obtain the part. Although I grew frustrated, there was nothing Crest could do, and I understood that. I still think that Crest is a good dealership and service department.
