Used vehicle purchase
I was in the process of looking for a good used suv, happened to stop in to Crest Cadillac on a Saturday to just look around, it happened to be late in the day, close to closing time. Greg (salesman) approached me , we talked for a few minutes, he emailed me pictures and info on there used suv in the lot. Met up with him a few days later to discuss prices and ended up buying a 2017 xt5. Greg was easy to talk with during the process. On day of delivery of vehicle he came to my house and picked me up, drove me to the dealership to get my new ride. Thanks Greg for all your help, it was a pleasure working with you.

Disappointing
I needed some work done in my Escalade and I needed an inspection. I informed the service department that I wanted them to go over the entire vehicle so I could get all repairs done at once. I left without an inspection and was told that I needed to drive my truck 50-100 miles and it will pass inspection. I went to get an inspection at another location and I was told it didn’t pass and there was oil all over the rim of my tire. I took it to another location for the inspection and the calipers need to be repaired and still cannot get an inspection. This is beyond awful. Why wouldn’t Crest Service actually do what the customer requested? Now, I am beyond inconvenienced.

We have had two repairs at the body shop and Fabian was excellent. He was very professional and all of the work done was excellent!

2017 CHEVY IMPALA PREMIER
I purchased a 2017 Chevy Impala Premier on 9/17. I can not express how I felt buying this car! First, Greg Zimmer treated me as if I was buying a brand new Cadillac. Second, Chris Brown in finance treated me the same. This Company is for the people!!! Not for making top dollar on sales. Not enough room to say all I want to say but I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND CREST CADILLAC!!!

Great team to work with!
Great folks at Crest Cadillac! Purchased a used vehicle which was as described. They accommodated my request for a PPI to be performed and helped time the shipping of the vehicle. They even followed up with the previous owner to get me the second key! His type of service doesn’t exist anymore. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

Great Experience!
We walked into the dealership at 3pm and drove our brand new Cadillac home the same day! So many staff members helped to get this all set. Everyone was so friendly! The facility was extremely clean. This dealership is open until 8 pm at night when most others close much earlier. We highly recommend Crest Cadillac when searching for your next Cadillac purchase.

Same day sale!
We arrived at the dealership after it closed on a Saturday evening, but Tom was still there and came over and asked if we had any questions. He answered what we asked and we left feeling optimistic about Crest Cadillac. On Monday we messaged him so he knew we'd be arriving near 4 pm to see an ATS and CTS. After a little back and forth we agreed on a price and the deal was done. We had a great experience despite one little hiccup, and we drove our new to us CTS home that evening. Thank you to Tom, Joe and Dave for making us feel welcome and getting us on our way.
