Get the Money and Run
I bought the Camaro SS2 at this place. The first guy I talked with, Chris Johnson, thought I owed it to him to buy the car. Got rid of that guy and got another. Bought the car. Financing: got hit rapid fire with all the options, totally unintelligible. Asked to give everyone a top rating, ridiculous. Out in the parking lot later with the sales guy discussing a ZL1 that a friend wanted. Unexpectedly, Lew Gilinsky calls the sales guy and he leaves in mid sentence w/o a backward glance. They lost the sale of the ZL1. The message at this place: "get the money". Tell the customer afterwards: "Don't come back unless you want to buy something."

A No Hassle Buying Experience!!

Issue Not Resolved
I brought my vehicle to them because it would have trouble starting periodically. First time they said it was some connections, second time they replaced the fuel pump, and third time they couldn't find anything. Told me they couldn't test it until it failed again. After a week I picked it up and later this evening I got stuck again because it wouldn't start. I paid for services and no issue was resolved.

Unfairly treated
I was told by cheverlet of Bowie dealership that i was a valued customer, but when i took my vehicle in for service I realized that they didnt value me at all. I had an appointment for service, i arrived 15 minutes early and the service rep took a person straight of the street that did not have an appointment in front of me. That person and myself had the same exact issue with our vehicles, but i was told that they took him first becasue he was paying with cash and that i was paying with an extended warranty. I was appalled, i reached out to the service manager and he confirmed that this is what they practice at this dearlership. He never apologized for his staff or the dissapointment in service that i received. I then reached out to the general manager but never receieved a response. This so called valued customer will never return.

Great Guidance and Service
Shanise is an absolute gem! I completely enjoyed doing service with her, it honestly felt like I was doing service with family. She gave amazing guidance as far as helping my credit score and establishing better credit. I highly recommend her when going through the car buying process. She took her time and explained everything to me and made the process very easy.

Most pleasant car buying experience!
Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie was hands down the best dealership we worked with throughout our car buying process. From the very beginning communication was great and the staff was very personable, specifically Meredith Miller and Kegan Williamson. I cannot express how grateful I was for the wonderful customer service. Buying a car is a big purchase, so their attentiveness and patience was greatly appreciated. And not only were they wonderful to work with, but they gave us the best price. Unfortunately we plan to have our new car for many years to come, so I won't be able to be a repeat customer any time soon. However I am telling anyone I know that if they are in the market for a new car to come directly to this dealership. Great car buying experience - January 2016
Certainly do recommend Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie!!! ...saw some listings online and decided to drop by the dealership. The staff was very cordial. Ozzie greeted me when I came through the door then introduced me to Brittney. Brittney was great!!!... very patient and was with me through pretty much the entire process. She showed me different vehicle options, walked the lot with me, took me on a test drive, listened to my situation, explained the process and options to me, and helped me feel reassured that they'd take care of me. She is very professional but made the experience enjoyable. No pressure... straightforward... and worked with my unique situation. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Shanise handled my financial situation delicately but realistically. Financing came through and I have my new vehicle. It has been almost a month and I must say that I'm very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you, Brittney, Shanise, and Ozzie.

Schedule oil change and tire rotation
Very satisfied service!!! I came on for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Ken Brady was very friendly and made sure that my car was taken care of. Interaction, professionalism , commitment to close the sale.
It was a great experience visiting this dealership. Mr. Derrick Banks was super friendly and nice. We got plenty of time to talk with each other and it wasn't a rush. This was hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with and this is not my first rodeo. Mr. Derrick Banks Didn't promise anything that he couldn't deliver and then some right down to financing. "Great Job" in sealing the deal.The financing worked out to fit my budget! Thanks to everyone who stayed late to make it happen! Top notch all the way around from start to finish! My purchase was at least 2-1/2 years ago but no time like the present to give the proper xxxxxxand accolade's.
