Please make sure you check the price of the vehicle through out the process. I purchased a Vehicle NEW a it was missing items from it.The dealership took 3 weeks to replace items from my truck. The sales people will smile in your face until you make your purchase afterwards you will get email lying about how good their services is. Try calling the dealership with a problem and see how long in takes to speak with someone or even resolve the issue. Customer service was the worst ever*** Last year I purchased a new vehicle and it broke down on 495. This year I purchased a truck and they offered 1 free oil change because this was the 2nd vehicle I brought. Buy at your own risk*****

Had the great occasion to purchase a 2012 Chevy Cruze and Mr. Goins was extremely helpful in that purchase. On the occasions, that I brought the car back for service, the entire crew was very accomodating and friendly. The services were done properly and in good time. The experience with Ouisman of Bowie, MD is a delightful experience. The atmosphere is very condusive for waiting for the car to be serviced. It is bright, very clean and cheerful. Took my car here for repair and the whole process was terrible. Had to act as middle man the entire time between them and the insurance company to get things down as they just sat on things instead of contacting insurance company. The parking lot was overcrowded and my car got dinged up while with them, after pointing it out and them trying to dodge responsibility they did end up fixing it though. Now however after a few months they call me asking for more money citing some error in their bookkeeping. I show them as being paid for all their estimates though. So beware and keep your receipts and take pictures before when dealing with these people. Find somewhere else if you can.

great experience. the sales person was very knowledgable about the Chevy Volt which was the car I was interested in. Jason was enjoyable, professional and made the buying experience pleasant. he answered all my questions and took the time I needed to be sure I was making a great car purchase choice. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone interested in a Chevrolet. my original plan was to see and drive the Volt then go compare it a Toyota Prius. after my time at the dealership and the service I got I decided the Volt was for me and did not go and compare it it the Prius. Came in on Father's Day to discuss the purchase with me and worked tireless in providing a cost for the vehicle that we culd afford. Ozzie also coordinated with Chris Goins on the negotiated price and Chris also provided excellent customer service during the entire vehicle purchase. Back in January 2012 I took a ride up to the dealership to take a look at 2012 Camaros. I was greeted by Jaison Grassel, I explained to him my reason being there and what exactly I was looking for. There was never any pressure to confirm a monthly payment range, nor was there a heavy sales atmosphere. When asked questions about mechanical specifications Jaison was well versed in topics about cars than someone who should be in sales. After a test drive, this concluded my first experience at the dealer. Fast forward to May 2012, I went back with the money I wanted to have saved up and found Jaison. We sat down and discussed specifics on the car that I wanted. I knew that this was a daunting task due to the color that I wanted (IBM) was exiting production in a week. Jaison found my car and had it at the dealer in 24 hours. This would be my first purchase of a car with a manual transmission, so bringing a friend along was required to get the car home. I was able to drive the car around the parking lot just to get a feel for everything. Jaison spent much more time than I would've asked of someone to explain to me everything about the car. He walked me through the building, showing where all the departments and employees reside. All and all my time at this dealership was great. There was a respectful understanding between myself, Jaison, and the sales manager Chris that I was here with a car and a price in mind; if it could not be met then we would part ways. I was never pressured once into buying anything ridiculous extra to go with the car. Jaison followed up a few days later asking how I liked the car, but more importantly he again gave me valuable information about the small details I couldn't grasp about my new car. With that I can now smoothly shift from 1st to 2nd without head bobbing, and my hill starts are much less... interesting.

poor service i recived,form Matt (salesperson),Chris (sales manager).I was not keeped informed about what was going on,they did not let me test drive the truck i wanted to buy.This is not a good way to run a company.Will be making my truck purchase at another dealer.
