I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse and Joseph Alba was my salesman. He was very professional and informative. He stayed after closing just to make sure my needs were met. He had my vehicle waiting for me and also helped set up my ONSTAR and GPS. I was so happy with my new vehicle that I left items in the old vehicle which Mr. Alba helped me retrieve. I will recommend him to anyone that is in need of a new vehicle. He is very personable.

I worked hard to find a dealership with an allocation for a volt and Meredith Dotson was helpful in securing the allocation and making it easy to arrive at a deal. It didn't require the time that was required in working with other dealerships that I shopped with. The information she gave me was helpful and accurate. She was willing to make commitments in writing. She gave me a timeframe to depend on and then exceeded that timeframe. When I got to the dealership, I met with Bill ? to do the sales paperwork and he introduced me to a Volt expert "Tom" to walk me through basic use of the car. Then I met with the finance person to pay for the car and understand warranty options. They took my personal check to pay for the car (from my investment account) with no questions asked. I was in and out quickly. Great experience.

I gave this rating because my experience of purchasing a new car with Joseph Alba as my salesman was very excellent. He was very informative. It was a very smooth going transaction. I was not rushed into my selection. He showed me a variey of cars that I asked about so I could decide which one I wanted He also agreed to drive my new car to my residence for me. My financial business with Stacy Williams was not rushed either. She explained the information to me and answered any questions. Each person that helped me with the purchase of my new car was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to my friends.

Ourisman Chevrolet is a class act! Meredith with internet sales was absolutely courteous and honest. She quoted over the phone the cost of the vehicle I wanted to the penny (including tax, title, fees) - no game-playing whatsoever. She arranged to have the car ready for my arrival and assigned a salesperson for all personal interactions. Ozzie, my salesperson is top of the line. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and ready to do more than I would expect at every turn. He knew exactly what to do and all paperwork was done efficiently. I'm 100% satisfied with my car and my experience at Ourisman. Meredith was very honest from my initial contact with the dealership all the way through the sale. She kept me in the loop as my car progressed through the order process and had everything lined up when I came in to pick up my car. Chris was very helpful in completing the sale and telling me about my new Volt. I also appreciated Chris picking me up at the airport in the demo Volt.

I grew up a FORD man (my wife is the CHEVY girl.) Working with Lawrence, Lew and Herb made the transition experience a lot less painful for me in my changing of loyalty in regards to the truck I drive. On top of the great experience we had working with these guys, so far I am very pleased with the truck. I just got done pulling a really heavy load in our horse trailer and I must say that our new Chevy Silverado did a better job of hauling than our previous truck. I do most of my car buying research on the Internet and Joseph contacted me shortly after my online inquiry about the cars I was interested in. He was not at all pushy just very informative and when I went to the showroom he patiently explained everything in detail about all the amenities of the car. Absolutely amazing service, Evan went out of his way to make it a pleasurable buying experience and not pressure me into a sale. I was interested in a 2011 Chevy Cruze, to purchase as my first vehicle but the dealership was located too far away for me to walk to so I called on the phone, and when I discussed my intrest, Evan actually offered to drive me to the dealership from my house to look at the vehicle and the various options. When I got to the dealership, there was no pressure to even purchase a vehicle, let alone get uneeded option. I ended up picking out a Chevy Cruze 1LT with the exact options I wanted, and have owned it for a month now and absolutely love it. The financing department managed to get me car payments that where half the price of my purchased car insurance! This was without me having any history of credit. I couldnt recommend this dealership more.
