Lexus of Lehigh Valley is the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. The sales process with Drew Lowe was extremely smooth and the service is just as outstanding. I will be purchasing more vehicles from this dealership in the future.

Very nice place . Sabestian handle the deal very well .

Love the service Sebastian was very courteous efficient and handle the job very well very satisfied would highly recommend this place. Whenever I need him I can call him anytime of the day .

Mr. James Finnigan

My buying a car at Lehigh Valley Lexus was a positive experience. My Sales Rep. John Delosso was courteous and patient and showed a genuine concern in assisting me to purchase my Lexus. There was no pressure and everything was done to accommodate me to be able to purchase my Lexus and made sure I was happy with the financial arrangement and satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Lehigh Valley Lexus and Mr. John Delosso and would make my next purchase there and urge anyone considering a new or used Lexus to consider shopping there first.

Terrible problem after problem....

Purchased a certified pre-owned car from their lot and had to replace the alternator, brakes, front calipers, and they didn’t tighten the wheel so it fell off while driving and caused an accident. During one repair, Al Palma said a prior estimate was wrong and the issue did not need to be fixed so without asking me he took that expense and replaced air filter. After two months of back and forth with insurance, my car still isn’t repaired. The manager stated that someone either vandalized my car or tried to steal my wheel and gave up. (That they never took the wheel off for the brake replacement or to inspect the calipers). I could have died when my wheel came off while driving, beware!

This was the easiest car purchase I ever!

SERVICE PLUS! Easiest and anxiety-free car buying! Beatrice was a gem to work with! Best car buying experience EVER! I recommend this dealership to anyone! You'll never buy a car any other way.

Occ Safety and Health Manager

John Delloso was great. He was courteous, informative and engaging. I would recommend a friend to buy a car the Lexus of Lehigh Valley. We came from Gambrills MD so everything had to right so we wouldn?t make 2 trips. The car is as advertised and my wife loves it. Thanks for the experience. Also, the snacks were nice, especially the little oranges.

Outstanding experience. I am excited to tell about this dealership. I was treat with respect from the moment I walked and it continued right through by buying process. I feel confident that when my vehicle requires maintenance, it will be as easy and hassle free as when I purchased the vehicle. Outstanding service

I had a state inspection along with a 25k service. Al Palma and his staff did a thorough job on my RX350. They noticed that my rotors were in need of rebuilding and they did it on the spot. That's one of the reasons that I get a certified Lexus. All went well; the refreshments were outstanding, and they even towel-dried the car after the wash.

Had a flat tire -- fortunately at home, and called for service. Service agent on phone dispatched very knowledgeable technician within the hour to our home. He changed the tire (did not know where "lug nut key" was, and he used his own) in very cold weather and was very pleasant throughout. He then took the car and tire to Lexus, and they fixed the problem and returned the car later that day. We were very thankful for the service!!!
