Problem with 2 week old car!
Had to bring in new car after RX failed to start; had previously told an assistant service mgr of starting problems 2 weeks prior. Car would not start twice and now was in shop. Some part was always on which caused battery to discharge and therefore not start as needed. Fixed issue and a new battery was installed. Hopefully problem is fixed. Service department personnel were very helpful and professional!

Lehigh Valley Lexus service Dept is Excellent
I have owned 12 Lexus automobiles over the years and can truly say without a doubt that the service there goes above and beyond. My man Al, even though he is a Giants fan and I bleed green, is great to work with and extremely and accommodating.

Excellent Dealership

How car shopping should be.....
Needed to lease a new car and was initially talking to lease brokers before getting frustrated with their transparency and being light on details. Decided to search for the model I wanted and decided to contact these guys. They're only 50miles away. Contacted them and was contact back by Sean Cook. Told him what I wanted to lease and gave him an idea of where my credit score is. Boom. Right there on the phone, they had the car, gave me the best rates and rebates, pricing etc (it really pays to have good credit). Sent over files and stuff via text so I could see the details. Called my wife to go over the deal, now she wants to lease too. Call back Sean to lease another one...15min later he's found the exact one we need. Done. Sent pictures of the cars on the lot via text as well. Probably 30min talking on the phone to do the actual credit application. Next day, they delivered the cars on my driveway and spent 10min signing the papers in my house, then another hour or so going over the features in both cars. Can't get better than this....highly recommended.

A very happy surprise!
We took our 2002 lexus to the dealership for a recall repair on the passenger front airbag. I did not know what to expect, since this was our first visit. How great our experience was: from the first scheduling call, to getting a 2017 loaner, to the lovely atmosphere and respectful, friendly treatment from all staff members!
