My husband I purchased two vehicles from Michael's auto plaza. The customer service was beyond excellent. I would recommend buying a vehicle from Michael's auto.

We bought a used van. Michael , our sales man, was friendly and very easy to work with. He was extremely efficient and the whole buying process went smoothly despite all covid restrictions. We were extremely impressed with the ease of the car buying process.

Brian Bell was an excellent salesman who did not pressure us into a sale, yet answered all of our questions satisfactorily. He took video's of our concerns about the locking hub so we could see for ourselves that they were functional. The car was ready to be picked up in two days. We were very thankful to have such a fun professional as our salesman.

I had a great experience with purchasing my vehicle. Great customer service. I was able to get the vehicle i want and still stay in my budget for fiance. Thanks again.

This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Michael's. I am truly happy with both purchases and the honesty of this dealership. Michael made both transactions and transitiims stress free. He took away all of the stress of purchasing, registering, inspection and insurance away. He does everything. He also ensures that all vehicles that leave his lot are up to par and have been given everything they need from new brakes, tires, oil changes to batteries. I am so thankful and feel super confident and safe with my purchase. I have recommended him to others such as family and close friends. All who have purchased their current vehicles from him. Rip off bought a 2013 Silverado 2500hd in January 2020 for $25,000 dollars. Out the door was over 28,000 dollars put 800 miles on it now June 1st 2020 they offered me 17,000 dollars on trade so I would loose 11,000 dollars in 5 months and 800 miles on truck since I bought it seems a bit crooked to me

My wife and I wanted to purchase another Chevy Avalanche because of their style and comfort. We noticed an Avalanche at Michael's Auto Plaza. We contacted Mike Severance, a great salesman, at the dealership and his response was immediate. We told him our limitations regarding the amount we were willing to spend. He matched our need with what we wanted and within two days we had the vehicle. Infact, because of the Covid-19 limitations, I feel Mike S. went above and beyond our expectations. He worked with the financial institution personally and had all other necessary documents ready for us to sign at the dealership. It was one easy step. Last Friday I picked up my new used truck. I love this truck and it suits me very well. One month ago I was in an accident and totaled my previous truck which was my grandfather’s so it was sentimental and said to see it go. So began my hunt for my truck. I was able to find the one. I saw it when i first pulled into Micheals auto plaza. And in that moment I felt that the truck spoke to me. After the test drive I fell in love with this 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500hd. Now my mother didn’t like it but after some conversation see let me get the truck I wanted. Cause we almost bought another truck but something didn’t sit right with me. I also didn’t have all the time in the world to look for another truck if I passed this one up. The staff at Micheals auto plaza were very friendly and professional in helping me get my new truck. Me and my wife are repeat customers of Michael's auto plaza. This is or 4the purchase from Mike Severance. We went to 2 other dealerships looking for a mini van and either lied to us about availability or tried to get us to spend more than what we could afford, so no go. Contacted Mike and told him what we were looking for and he found us a mini van we could afford and are happy with also gave us more on trade than the other 2 places
