Just purchased a 2002 Ford Thunderbird from this fine organization. Brian Bell, Sales Associate, was Top Notch all the way. With over 140 preowned vehicles one is sure to find that perfect used car/truck. The entire staff also were Great to work with. I purchased the Bird for the price I wanted to pay. Upon delivery the vehicle was extremely clean and fully detailed. This vehicle was also fully serviced and nothing left untouched. Can't say enough about these people. Also wound like to add that the facility was extremely clean and friendly. Even met Big Mike. A Big Thank You to all.

What a great Experience I had. Mike S was spot on and told me when my car would be ready and it was ready. Went in to have my GMC Yukon serviced. Was having problems with electrical system. They found problem quickly fixed it. They also found leaking hose had it replaced. Truck runs great now no more issues. Thank you

Found a pickup from this dealer on eBay. I dealt with Mike Severance by text messages and he went out of his way to answer my questions. When I finally made the decision to buy this truck, I made the three hour drive and he had the paperwork already filled out. I had problems with my credit union and he arranged financing for me. I got there and he handed me the key, and said "have fun". The truck was exceptional and I'm very glad I made contact with Mike. Deal was quick and painless.

The sales staff here tried to push me to buy a car that was way more than I needed or needed to spend. The vehicles seemed a bit over priced. I left and got a better deal down the street.

Mike Severance is by far the best sales manager i have ever dealt with. We came in here to look at ford escapes, Mike came out and was not pushy at all. This experience was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Worked with Mike Severance, I flew in and Mike picked me up from the airport, had the car checked out at a local Infiniti dealer and they reported no issues so I purchased the car and drove it 11 hours home. Going to Michaels Auto Plaza was definitely worth the trip ! I even waited a few weeks before posting this to make sure no issues would pop up and the car is driving great.
