They are horrible to work with and most of their autombies are either flood vehicles and they hide it like mine was or the vehicle is falling apart and they hid it with duct tape. Seriously DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you will be as sorry as I am....

I bought my first car from Michael’s Auto Plaza 16 years ago. Five years later, they had the perfect 2006 Honda CRV, graduating me to much needed 4 wheel drive. With 11 years of Michael’s solid maintenance service, that 2006 ran like a tank all those years. It’s still going strong. Time to freshen up again, Eugene fit me with a beautiful, like-new Mazda CX-5, the detailing so well done, you’d think it was this year’s model. Ensuring solid breaks, an alignment, and new wipers to boot, this car runs Ike a dream and looks terrific, too!! Thank you for the many years of wonderful service and a relationship of trust that feels like family.

All of my experience at Michael's Auto Plaza from the time I walked through the time I drove away with the car I purchased was totally customer focused! Pasha Shmuylovich was the first person I met. He is a Sales Associate ... was friendly and professional. When I told him the kind of car I wanted, he took me right to a group of them that meet my need. He readily provided directly, clearly and immediately the answer to every question I asked. Pasha was so helpful and customer focused that I was able to make my decision within 20 minutes. He told me how to put a hold on the car until I could go to my regular back to inquire of rates. Then he obtained for me the rates he could arrange through the dealership, which I chose. I am glad the Pasha helped me put a deposit to hold the car, because, he told me, that after I left and before I returned, another customer wanted to purchase it. After that, Michelle, the Office Manager, prepared all of the necessary paperwork. Michael, a Senior Sales Representative, went through all of the paperwork and had me sign where appropriate. Even the owner Michael came over, while I was there, to welcome me and express appreciation for my business. On the next day, the General Manager, Eugene Rubinchuk, spoke with me and assured that all of the paperwork was complete, that all of the experience was excellent ... and confirmed that someone else was ready to purchase the car if I had not purchased it right then. All and all, it was an easy, professional, helpful and pleasant experience! I recommend Michael's Auto Plaza completely and without any hesitation!

I had a great experience buying my 2015 3500 Duramax. Mike was more than accommodating when it came to repairs and making a great price possible The no BS dealing was a great change of pace from other dealers. He was up front and did not try to hide any issues with the truck, in fact he pointed out things he would fix before it left the lot that I didn’t even notice. It was just a great experience and I will be shopping gear again for sure.

We purchased a 2011 Lincoln Town Car via the internet and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff was with our purchasing process. All questions and request were handled in a timely fashion, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They deserve 6 stars instead of 5, very well satisfied.

Just picked up my 2015 Kia Optima and i couldn't be happier. Dealing with Michael was such a pleasure it didn't even feel like business. He really takes what he does seriously and hes very knowledgeable. Hes not overbearing and he treats like family. This is our second vehicle from Michael's and I definitely recommend them to any and everyone looking for a priced right, reliable vehicle.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Everything went well except on the way home the low tire pressure light came on. Got home and checked the pressure. All 4 tires were uniformly 25 lbs ( /- 1 lb) instead of the rated 35 lbs. I can't help but wonder if this was intentional as a way to make the test drive very "comfortable"? If not, chalk this up to my suspicious nature. Overall, very pleased with the final outcome. I inflated the tires and life is good.
