I just randomly searched for a particular car and they

I just randomly searched for a particular car and they had exactly what I wanted. My sales lady Lori Mohr greeted my call with such a welcoming tone. My experience from start to the finish of buying my car was very easy and non stressful! Everyone there were very professional and such a pleasure to deal with!! I highly recommend RBM North!!

I had an outstanding experience at RBM of Alpharetta from start to finish! Britt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through all my options without any pressure. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Roberto from finance department was equally impressive, making the paperwork process smooth and easy to understand. They worked hard to get me a great deal and went over all the details thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about my purchase. The vehicle prep staff did a fantastic job getting my car ready. It looked immaculate and ran perfectly when I picked it up, which made driving off the lot feel extra special. I also thank the young lady that setup my vehicle and showed me all the bells & whistles. I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to making the car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond!

I would never recommend this location for car service.

I would never recommend this location for car service. They do not resolve any issues. There is a person named Matthew Brown who assists me every time I come in for service, but he never resolves the problems. For example, I went in because my tire pressure kept dropping, possibly due to a nail stuck in the tire. Instead of helping me fix it, he simply told me to replace the tires. So if a car has a problem that could be repaired, why suggest replacing the whole part? It’s all about making money for them. They never actually resolve the problem. Additionally, even after my car service was finished, it sat ready for almost an hour before I could pick it up, and Matthew didn’t care to inform me. I had to ask if it was ready. They really don’t care about customers, and I would never recommend this place.

Hi Abhi - The tires on your vehicle are run flat tires and the tire manufacture does NOT allow tire repairs – therefore, a tire replacement is required. In most cases, the run flat properties are compromised once a repair has been made, and/or if the tire is driven longer than the 50 miles allowed. We apologize for your wait however, our car wash is occasionally backed-up with vehicles after they've been serviced. The RBM of Alpharetta experience was seamless. Starting with the welcome smile of Ms. Mary Brown, the interaction with Bill Favini and Roberto, to the delivery process with Daisy. Working with Bill to select the perfect vehicle for me, was a pleasure. No hard selling was attempted. Completing the financial portion with Roberto, was also a pleasure. Thank you for demonstrating what a seamless car sale experience should mimic.
