Dan Berry was exceptional in my recent purchase of a pre-owned 2017 C-Class Cabriolet. He is a professional who is a credit to his career and your dealership. He demonstrates extensive knowledge, willingness to answer any questions, and absolutely no pressure. His efforts truly appeared to be on his focus to insure I was completely satisfied with my choice and my decision. Indeed, when I first spoke to him about what I wanted to upgrade my Mercedes, he listened - truly listened - and called me when he found the exact car I described. I could not be more pleased with my car or my dealership buying experience with Dan. I have used your service department for years, but this was my first purchase at RBM of Alpharetta. Outstanding buying experience, especially our salesman....

Outstanding buying experience, especially our salesman. We were treated with complete professionalism from the moment we were greeted by the receptionist, our sales representative and the finance staff. Taking delivery of the car was an equally great experience. Everyone at RBM made us comfortable, no high pressure sales. If you are looking for a new Mercedes or a lightly used clean car, RBM should be your first and last stop.

Exceptional Sales Service

From the moment I reached out to inquire if two Mercedes were still available that I had seen on line through the entire purchase process was the best customer service I've ever received. Kyle Edson was my sales consultant and he gave me a five star treatment all the way. He responded to my early morning text messages, phone calls and in person meetings with kindness, knowledgeable and super attentive at all times. At no time did I feel rushed or like I was a bother. Exceptional service. The customer service doesn't stop after I leave the dealership either. Kyle will be staying in touch with me to ensure I continue to have a great experience with my new car. From Kyle I moved on to the finance department and met with Ed Ahern. That whole process was seamless with Ed. His long time experience with financing at Mercedes shone through. It was all completed in a timely and professional manner. From there I connected with Diane Evans, Product Concierge. Diane introduced me to my new car. She patiently and thoroughly went through every feature in the car. Her follow up email with instructions on how to program the garage opener feature was greatly appreciated.

Great service department

Great service department at RBM of Alpharetta. My advisor Steve Byrd is knowledgeable, thorough and never lets me wait long. They have consistently addressed any concerns and provided quality work. Highly recommend!

Just purchased our first (but not last) Mercedes..

My wife and I had a great experience with RBM of Alpharetta and Dan Berry as our Sales Rep. We ended up buying a used Mercedes. Dan was very knowledgeable about the different cars. There was absolutely no pressure and he answered all of our questions. We went on several test rides to make sure we understood the difference between the types of cars we were looking at. We also had a complete review of the car and all of the features prior to riding off the lot. I had very high expectations leading up to our visit and the whole team at RBM of Alpharetta far exceeded those. I will definitely come back to them for my next car.

My experience was fantastic! We picked out my car from RBM Mercedes of Alpharetta on the internet and I loved it immediatelyWe did the complicated work over the internet. I dealt with Jeff Twiggs who was the very best. When we arrived on site we were treated like royalty. We were met immediately after walking in.everyone treated us as if we were very special and I know that to them we were. All of the paper work was taken care of efficiently and without interruption. I was shown how to operate the vehicle in every way. It was a thrilling experience for me.

excellent experience

Dan Barry and Jon Hazelwood did a fantastic job of handling the purchase of a 2019 Sprinter van. Even though we were late to the appointment he took the time to get what we needed to finalize the deal. Very communicative and courteous. They delivered on what they promised. Highly recommended.
