Awesome experience and I didn't even buy a Mercedes

Vadim was exceptional. I did not go there to buy a Mercedes, but to buy a Highlander that had been turned in for a Mercedes. I felt I was still treated with the same level of care and respect as anyone else. No high pressure tactics; it was a straightforward and easy experience. If you're looking for a Mercedes (or a trade-in), I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta.

John Sauer is excellent at making people comfortable. He listens to the needs of his client and gets results. We where looking for a specific Mercedes GLE 350 and John was patient and didn’t try to push us into a vehicle we didn’t want. We ended up with the perfect vehicle that met all of our needs at the right price. I will definitely buy another Mercedes for John.

Great Experience

Rich Alder did a fantastic job at making the car buying process easy. Greatly appreciate is timely communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Tom Ahern in Finance was also great to work with.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

From the moment I reached out to inquire if two Mercedes were still available that I had seen on line through the entire purchase process was the best customer service I've ever received. Kyle Edson was my sales consultant and he gave me a five star treatment all the way. He responded to my early morning text messages, phone calls and in person meetings with kindness, knowledgeable and super attentive at all times. At no time did I feel rushed or like I was a bother. Exceptional service. The customer service doesn't stop after I leave the dealership either. Kyle will be staying in touch with me to ensure I continue to have a great experience with my new car. From Kyle I moved on to the finance department and met with Ed Ahern. That whole process was seamless with Ed. His long time experience with financing at Mercedes shone through. It was all completed in a timely and professional manner. From there I connected with Diane Evans, Product Concierge. Diane introduced me to my new car. She patiently and thoroughly went through every feature in the car. Her follow up email with instructions on how to program the garage opener feature was greatly appreciated.
