First in Class Service Department

My car was scheduled for a maintenance issue that Mercedes brought to my attention a couple of weeks ago. Scheduling the repair was easy to do online and the appointment that fit my schedule was easy and convenient. I dropped my mercedes off the night before and received a pleasant text from Kim Cates, who would serve as my Service Advisor for this repair. Kim let me know of another issue with the car and kept me posted on the repairs throughout the day. The car was completed by the expected time and the service facility is first class. This was the best service appointment I have had in years and I will be sure to have my vehicle serviced by RBM in the future. Kim Cates provided the first in class service that makes RBM stand out from other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend using them for any service you may need on your Mercedes Benz!

This auto purchase was the most seamless experience of any!

Not only was my sales professional Jeff Twiggs extremely knowledgable, the financial transaction was extremely easy to complete! Took all of 45 minutes from arrival to the review of the car! I enjoyed the red carpet delivery as I am a new MB owner....

Long distance purchase

I had the honor and pleasure to work with Rich Adler at RBM of Alpharetta, no pressure... just outstanding service. All was done over the phone, texting, face-timing to see the car and emails since I am in California. Rich answered my questions before I knew to ask them and he even came in on his day off to video my purchase being loaded on a transport to send to me and to make sure everything went perfect. Next time I need a vehicle... even being 3000 miles away, I'm calling Rich Adler. Brian

Told my engine mounts were collapsed..$2,050..THEY WERE NOT!

Took my car as always to RBM Alpharetta for service. Was called and told on my 46,000 mile SUV the engine mounts were totally collapsed! Was suspicious.. I overheard another women in showroom talking saying the same thing was told to her. I cancelled the service took it to another certified Benz repair and did research on what to look for. They put my car up on a lift and CLEARLY my mounts were fine..NOTHING was wrong with them. Not a leak nothing as i was under the car examining it as well. Was this a way to pad my bill? I am not sure but I will NEVER take my car there again. I also have recording of conversation saying I need new mounts! Buyer Beware... ask to see for yourself the problem BEFORE you say yes!!!!!!
