Wonderful experience purchasing my CPO vehicle at RBM of Alpharetta. I called to inquire about a vehicle that had the specific options I was searching for. Luckily for me, it was still available. I had the pleasure of making arrangements by phone to test drive the vehicle with sales consultant, Dan Berry, within a couple of hours of placing my call. Dan met my mother and I at the appointed time. I test drove the vehicle and Dan was very informative, pointing out the numerous features the vehicle offered. After returning to the dealership, I decided to purchase this CPO vehicle. I appreciate Dan’s approach, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, attentive and there was no pressure or haggling. I received a great price on this vehicle. I had financing prior to my arrival, but Dan and the top notch finance department representative, Sharon Thompson, were able to obtain an even lower rate for me. They did an outstanding job facilitating the purchase of my vehicle! Dan has followed up with me since my purchase, and I shall be returning to obtain another hands on to tutorial. We were all set to buy an Audi when we decided to check out the Mercedes. We stopped in and the car was like new even though it was a 2016. Instantly loved it the moment I got behind the wheel. Our sales guy Michael was great and very knowledgeable plus he wasn’t pushy at all. Great experience all around.

My wife and I came into RBM without an appointment , and John came out to greet us. He introduced himself and began to talk about the RBM dealership and Mercedes product line. He took up a good bit of time with us and showed us a number of cars. We felt welcomed and appreciated. After staying for a good visit. We returned the next day and John was off, so we met David who graciously helped us. This all happened without a hitch. We looked at a number of cars again, and decided to make a purchase. We now are proud owners of a new E450 Coupe. So far, all is well. They are a great team.
