This place is nice and all, but the people in here aren't helpful and take advantage of you. I would never recommend this place the staff is just horrible.

The sales team - management team and service team are excellent - I buy Mercedes and have Mercedes service my vehicles - Ramona is excellent - Neil was great and easy to work with and Don Ratajski in service takes care of my cars like there his own and Sharon in finance is super and really explains the warranties thoroughly - all in all great experience and will continue to deal with RBM - Alpharetta

My appointment was for 10:00 with Steve Byrd. I was in a loaner car and on my way home in 15 minutes! Steve updated me, via text, later in the day to let me know that my car would be ready the next morning. Early the next morning he texted again to let me know when my car would be ready and that I could pick it up at my convenience. It was sparkling clean when I got there, and once again, I was on my way back home in record time. I have dealt with Steve since I bought my car 4 years ago, and I have always received excellent service. We are moving to another city in May, and I will certainly miss RBM of Alpharetta. I am glad that I was able to use them one last time. It will be interesting to see how the service department at the dealership in our new home compares. Steve Byrd and the staff at RBM of Alpharetta have certainly set the bar high!

RBM of Alpharetta is a fair distance from where I live in Marietta, but it was worth the drive. I was impressed with the facilities, the staff, and the cars. All the cars were meticulously cared for, and the Certified Pre-Owned process left me feeling confident I bought a great vehicle. I would definitely go back.
