Outstanding service and attention

My experience with RBM was excellent. I was contacted by Andy Sayers after my online inquiry regarding the ML-Class vehicle that I was interested in. On arrival at the dealership, he greeted me, had the vehicle at the front of the dealership, answered all my questions and supported me through a good test drive. The negotiation process on my trade and the final deal was smooth, fair, no pressure and less than 30 minutes to reach a very fair agreement. Everyone throughout the buying process were professional and friendly.

First place I wanted to shop for a car...

Searched online and RBM seemed to be the place to go. A very nice place that treated you with class. i met Ramona Razavi and she was sweet and very kind. This was my first time to actually shop for a MB and Ramona was so knowledgeable and patient. She was the exact opposite of the typical car salesperson. Thanks Ramona! I love my new car!

Very nice salesman and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Helped look at multiple vehicles and test drove multiple vehicles and worked with me until we found what I wanted

Great car buying experience from start to finish

We first met our salesperson Pamela Banda through an internet inquiry. She was prompt in her response and arranged an appointment. She was personable, knowledgeable, and had the keys to the three cars we were interested ready when we walked into the door. Lisa Brennan the finance director smoothed the way for us. It means a lot to us to have a certified used car with plenty of warranty, and we couldn't be happier with our overall experience.

First class service

Found the used vehicle we had been looking for through Car Fax site. Responded quickly, set up appointment to view and test drive. Quickly negotiated a fair price for both parties. Collected the following day, one very happy daughter.

Terri was Great

I bought my 2nd E-Class from the RBM of Alpharetta 2 weeks ago. Terri was instrumental in my picking the new ride and it’s options. She was very responsive throughout the process. I will definitely recommend her and the dealership. This is the second time I bought a car from this dealership.

First Class Dealership

Every time I take my Car in for service each & every person along the way from pulling up to the service center to talking with my service advisor to buying a new car from Dan Berry is first class! They all know the answers to all my questions and needs. Dan is the most relaxed and helpful salesman. First Class Service and Feeling Special

I love being in the RBM of Alpharetta Family of MB. I just had another wonderful leasing experience (my 4th lease w/ Andy Sayers). Although I don't lease the higher end of MB, I am treated like a Queen on the Red Carpet as if I just purchased the top of the line MB. The entire leasing process and selection of vehicle is so smooth with Andy...his attention to detail is incredible and appreciated. Then Sharon makes the back office financing end very easy and actually "enjoyable". The entire experience at RBM - in all departments - is always wonderful and leaves me smiling and feeling safe/secure. I will ALWAYS be an RBM of Alpharetta fan. -Darla Eden
