Ramona was the best. Top notch service. She and everyone else that we worked with in finance & sales were the great! Lisa made the finance portion of buying quick and painless. Diane and Ramona were very patient and informative in showing us all the bells and whistles of how the car works. We LOVE the car and are so very lucky and blessed to have it. Even though we live in Augusta, GA...it was well worth the trip to Alpharetta. We certainly weren't getting the same excellent service at Augusta Mercedes.......they never followed up with us. Thanks again! 😁

Can't say enough about the buying experience. Michael Pietrzak was extremely nice and helpful in completing much of the deal by phone. This was most convient as we live in KY, a 5 hour drive away! Kudos !!!

Talk about true professionals who look out for you! Dan didn’t BS us and was very straight forward. No pressure sales and just a genuin and nice person. Visited this dealer while I was working in the area. I live in another city. The dealership is absolutely gorgeous and has a large amount of inventory. Romona, my saleswoman, was very professional and very helpful. I let her know I was looking at both new and certified used E300's. I also let her know I would make a purchase in a few weeks. She stayed in contact providing me options to consider when the time was right for me to make purchase. Of all the dealers I had talked to over last few months, Ramona was the only one to do this. So there was no doubt who I was going to buy from. During the actual purchase, I found this process to be pleasant at all times. I have bought many cars in my life, I never had an experience this positive. Thanks Romona!
