Great car, even greater service!
We have just sealed our 2018 GLC300 lease deal with Kyle Edson and left the dealership with our new fantastic car. Working with Kyle was really astounding. He is probably the most honest salesperson we ever had the privilege of working with, and that says a lot. His availability for us throughout over a week of finding the perfect car for us, made us feel like his #1 VIP customer (which I'm sure every other customer will say the same about him). Additionally, the whole process of getting the new car on the red carpet, getting a very thorough guidance process with Elisabeth from the concierge service, brought the alreaedy exciting process of getting a brand new car to a whole new level. The best or nothing!
We had a fantastic experience at RBM of Alpharetta. Since we owned our first Mercedes Benz we knew there is not another brand close to it. At RBM they really make you feel what Mercedes is all about from the moment you walk into the dealer. We strongly recommend you ask for Ramona Razavi as your sales contact. She is not only a wonderful person but you really feel she is working hard at getting the best deal for you and the best experience based on your needs. We will definitely go back to RBM and directly to Ramona. It just feels like they really care for you and you will get the best deal and experience possible.

No help at all
Misinformation and total apathy . Locked a key in the trunk of a car and provided a “ guess ‘ on the right answer which was incorrect . Followed up with another wrong answer . Called another dealership that was totally helpful . Not my first bad experience with RBM .

Tony - Locking your keys in the car can be very frustrating, so we're sorry you had to go through that. Equally frustrating (for us) is not having the basic information from you to resolve the issue. Your particular model and year plays an important role in the solution to a lock-out, but unfortunately our Service Advisor, Service Manager, and Service Director were unable to acquire those details because their (3) voicemail messages went unanswered. Glad to know you're back on the road now, and all is well! Please let us know if we can assist you with anything else.

First Mercedes
My wife and I are first time buyers of Mercedes and wanted a salesperson who was knownlegable of the models and styles they have to offer. We were introduced to Reza Azizi who's knownlegde of Mercedes was second to none. He allowed us to make are on decisions on what we wanted to see and answered every question. Reza was very through and personable and we would recommend him to any of our family or friends if they were looking for the Mercedes experience.
