Excellent and Fast Service
My husband and I stopped in for a routine oil change, saw a car on the lot and fell in love. Bill Favini put us in the new car in less time than it would have taken for the oil change. Bill and his team offer excellent customer service! We love our new car and wouldn't think of buying anywhere else.

Best Sales Experince in purchasing an automobile in 10yrs
I just picked up my GLE 43 at RBM Alpharetta: This Mercedes Dealership is the best by far that I have visited anywhere. Kyle my Sales Associate was phenomenal, very personable and easy to work with. Kyle knew his MB history (very impressive) and provided clear advice on my selection. I am extremely pleased with the way he conducted business, he represented himself and his organization very well. Mary the Customer Service Associate was very courtesy and welcoming. Last - Lisa the finance manager was absolutely a joy to work with. (I am use to grumpy finance folks, and she was the total opposite of grumpy). I will wholeheartedly recommend anyone in the market shopping for a MB to visit RBM Alpharetta, top notch cars and first class service.
