Michael Peitrzak helped my wife and me to select the perfect C300. He was very patient and friendly answering our questions. He did not pressure us, was honest in responses, and made us feel very comfortable as we evaluated what to select. Tom Ahern, the Financial Manager is also fantastic to work with. Vadim Russu, took care of us when we picked up our new beautiful C300 since Michael was out of town. He too is a very helpful and friendly person. All three are gentlemen. Vadim Russo was an excellent salesperson at RBM Alpharetta! He was very professional, was patient and not pushy. He calmly explained the differences between the types of cars we were considering. He anticipated questions we might have and gave us honest and direct answers. You can tell he enjoys his job because of his positive and friendly service. He is an excellent sales person! Sharon, in finance was also very professional. She’s efficient, informative and friendly. Elisabeth did a great job teaching us about all the functions of our new SUV.

Andy Sayers is very professional and trustworthy. I came all the way from Memphis TN to buy a car I had seen on the internet. Andy had the car on the showroom floor when we arrived. The car looked so good I didn't know it was the car I was purchasing. It looked like a brand new car. Buying my car at the Alpharetta dealership was a Great Experience and I will recommend Andy Sayers to all my friends.

Our salesmen were Kyle Edson and Jeff Twiggs, and they worked together to make sure that we had a good car shopping experience. They were very professional and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Elisabeth Sexton was very pleasant as she gave us the Red Carpet treatment to help us get acquainted with our new car. The "No Pressure" interaction was a great selling point for us!
