Excellent experience at RBM of Alpharetta, from web inquiry to purchase. Vadim was patient, thorough and ensured we made the right decision. Lisa did a great job working through the financing process. Diane introduced us to all the features of the car. The team in the back prepared this car so well most think it is new vs 3 years old. What is typically an arduous event was smooth and easy. Consistent service among the RBM team. I will without hesitation recommend RBM of Alpharetta!!

Smoothest car transaction ever!

Kyle Edson at RBM Alpharetta made my car transaction the most pleasant one ever!!!! He is genuine , professional and made a usually exhausting experience, smooth and easy. Awesome Service

Pamela, from the moment she met with my Wife and I, was Very Professional and Courteous throughout the entire transaction. She insisted that I test drive the Car I was inquiring about and told me everything I needed to know in order to make my Decision that much more easier. The best car buying experience with Kyle Edson

My wife and I purchased our SL550 from Kyle, and we never enjoyed a better buying experience. Kyle was professional, helpful and made the sales process fun. He introduced us to his management team Including the General Manager of the dealership. We met key service personnel who throughly explained the service schedule and costs. We could not have been more pleased. We recommend Kyle and RBM of Alpharetta to anyone that wants great personal service. We will buy all our future Mercedes from Kyle.
