Awesome Experience

RBM of Alpharetta was amazing! This is my 3rd Mercedes purchase and by far the best! They definitely have the most competitive prices for certified pre owned Mercedes hands down!! Bill Favini made the process easy peezy....informative and customer oriented!! I found a car online Saturday evening, immediately sent an interest email and Bill responded back to me the same night! Thanks Bill and RBM of Alpharetta! I love my new GLE 350!

Wonderful dealership and salesperson

I can only describe my experience with this dealership as exceptional. My salesperson, Pam Banda, was absolutely amazing! It was was the easiest, most time efficient car buying experience I have ever had. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing, but most importantly, she had the upmost respect for my time. She worked a deal for me and had everything ready in a very timely manner. I will definitely be happy to drive 250 miles to purchase my next car from her.

Memorable Experience!

My overall experience here at RBM of Alpharetta was definitely a positive encounter. Most importantly Kyle Edson who specializes in sales and Tom Ahern who specializes in financing, who truly went above and beyond. exactly what I needed

Treated extremely well. I'm a returning customer. Vehicle orientation superb. service levels at all times are excellent. Quick service sign for questions/ easy items is great.

Reza Azizi bent over backwards to ensure I was satisfied with my chosen car. He assisted in a complicated transaction -- I lived in France and wanted to purchase a vehicle to be available upon my return to The States. He facilitated getting the paperwork to me overseas and working with me to release the car to a friend. Despite the time difference, Reza was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner. The car is everything this dealership promised.

Awesome buying experience!

I just wanted to leave a quick note saying how wonderful and seamless my buying experience was at this dealership!
