My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Having visited several dealers before RBM we were pleased with the no pressure no sales team. Kyle was easy to make a deal with and always available for any question. We love our new GLA. Looking forward to our next visit.

excellent from initial enquiry to completion of purchase.

Our complete experience with RBM Mercedes Alfaretta was fantastic and well above our already high expection.From the professional way their vehicle was advertised on their web site to the courteous way we were treated as potential customers right along to becoming actual purchasers. A huge congratulations and thank you to sales person Kyle Edson for walking us through the whole process to conclusion...it actually became a pleasure to hand over a substantial amount of money for our car purchase. Many thanks also is necessary to Diane, (handover specialist). Well worth the drive from south carolina to be treated with such courtesy and friendliness and expertise . A special note of appreciation is also due to the detailing personnel who prepared this used vehicle as if it was new. Would not hesitate to give a 100% recommendation to this dealership and their staff who have set the bar at a very high standard of excellence ...an excellent job well done..many thanks again.

Awesome Buying Experience

I saw a vehicle I was interested in online and reached out to RBM via email and got a response within 15 minutes. The salesman Andy said it was still available and I advised him we were coming to take a look at vehicle. To my surprise our vehicle just happened to be on the showroom floor and within in 10 minutes we were going on a test ride. I won't get into the vehicle aspect as Mercedes cars sale themselves, but the customer service we received from Andy was beyond perfect. No haggling, no gimmicks, no trying to show you something other then you want. Our total time actually buying the car was less than an hour. I'd like to give kudo's to RBM for having such wonderful people such as Andy Sayers, Tom Ahern and Diane Evans who took the time to make our buying experience from your dealership the best.

Wow! Just Wow!

I can't wait until its time for my wife to upgrade her 2014 C300 we will definitely be calling Kagan Scott Sharon Thompson & Neil Turry! What a first class team! I truly believe all three have a passion for what they do and the product they sell! Best car buying experience

We have purchased 20 autos from dealerships and would highly recommend RBM Alpharetta. We were ready for a new luxury compact SUV so we researched and drove several of the top candidates at BMW, Lincoln, Land Rover and were very impressed with the driver-friendly feel and features of the GLC 300. When my wife went into the dealership she found Michael Pietrzak to be knowlegable, professional and friendly. He was responsive without being pushy. In fact, everyone we encountered at the dealership made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Putting the deal together and taking delivery was the best car buying experience we’ve had in decades. Excellent

Kagan Scott was the sale person that took care of me and It was a great experience I felt welcome the second I get there. The attention and customer service was the best. Thank you Kagan before I went to the Marietta location and it wasn’ good at all I felt rushed because the were about to close and also they didn’t treat me as wanted to. I filled out the paperwork for the car that I wanted and they sold the car and notified me by a text message. It was horrible. I do not recommend that dealership to anyone.

The Perfect Car

Found the car we wanted on-line. I test drove it on a Friday and thanks to Kagan Scott we were able to drive it home 4 days later.
