I'm overall experience with RBM of Alpharetta has been a pleasant one. Everyone was eagerly nice and helpful in every way imaginable. From the process of learning all the features of my new car to the test drive itself was very straight forward and relaxed. In my world, time IS money. My time is exceptionally valuable and I cannot afford to spend it sitting around ideally being unproductive. Recently, my wife and I visited the RBM dealership to purchase a Mercedes-Benz that I had previously identified online as the vehicle we wanted to buy. I told our salesman, Kyle Edson , that the process needed to be efficient and quick given the fact that my wife and I had driven a significant distance from our home to acquire this car. Kyle understood and executed on our expectations. I was on the road home with the car in an hour and fifteen minutes! Beautifully smooth transaction. Although this dealership is over two hours from home, I'll call Kyle and RBM again for next Mercedes.

RBM went all out. Allowed me to try several models and worked very hard to meet my needs. Ultimately found a car 800 miles away. They transported it and waited a week for me to return from vacation to complete the transaction.
