I just completed purchasing a new car after leasing my first one. This was my second experience with Ramona and she is fabulous! I wasn't completely sure if I wanted to purchase my leased car, which I loved, or buy a new one. Ramona worked with me over several months to help me make my final decision. I test drove multiple models, while she pulled detailed comparisons and cost analyses to provide me guidance. She was very patient and helpful just as she was when she worked with me on my lease. Ramona also met with my husband who had different ideas on a vehicle than I did. She gladly performed additional analysis and shared future model changes, winning him over completely! Through the process she expedited answers to all my questions, following up with phone calls to ensure clarity. Ramona provided me encouragement with no pressure and she and Lisa made my buying experience painless. They both are truly dedicated to putting their customers first! Lisa is thorough and made my purchase just as easy as my lease. She is a joy and I discovered I relate with her on so many levels! Diane is also fantastic with her easy manner and knowledge. She walked me through all of the wonderful features and differences in my new car. Ramona, Lisa, and Diane made me feel like extended family! Thanks ladies :-)

FIRST off let me say thanks to ny sales person Kagan Scott.. This is our 4th Mercedes we've purchased with him. We now own a 2016 cla 250, 2018 cla, 2017 c63s amg, and a 2017 g63s amg. Most recently we brought my son his 1st new car a 2018cla 250 with Kagan Scott.. As always he was great. Excellent customer service great atmosphere, Very friendly and easy to talk to., his knowledge and making all the information very straight forward made a easy quick process.. He answered all of our questions and put my son in a beautiful 2018 Benz. My wife and I definitely recommend if you are looking for a Benz go ask for Mr. Scott at RBM of Alpharetta! I am a very demanding customer who will not settle for anything but the best deal & Kagan always delivers!! A real family setting at RBM Alpheratta..

I was able to engage in hassle-free test drives with Ramona, and take my time to find the right car for me. I was not pushed or haggled and was able to find a fair deal on the car I was really looking for. Ramona was great to work with, answered all my questions, and I did 90% of the paperwork remotely. I only spent an hour at the dealership at the end of it all to sign a few papers, and get some knowledge transfer on the car.

Enjoyed working with Kyle Edson. I was looking for a specific car (GLK350) and was surprised to find that car and features at RBM of Alpharetta. Kyle was more than willing to provide videos of the car and answer all questions. The transaction couldn't have been simpler and the car was exactly as described. Very happy customer! I walked in and didn't have anyone to work with and there was Kyle, very personable and unpretentious, especially in a Mercedes Benz dealership.
