Top notch

RBM went all out. Allowed me to try several models and worked very hard to meet my needs. Ultimately found a car 800 miles away. They transported it and waited a week for me to return from vacation to complete the transaction.

Great Experience!

What a positive experience! Buying a car is a bit intimidating to me, but Pam Banda made me comfortable from the moment we met. She listened to my list of needs, was knowledgeable about her product and did not try to over sell. And she was patient as I stewed with color and spoiler (yes/no?) and other options! I now own a beautiful vehicle that is a joy to drive. I highly recommend RBM; Pam made their first class service a reality for me.

RBM Alpharetta Fantastic - great process

Bill Favini was great and so was the whole crew at RBM of Alpharetta. This is the third Mercedes dealer we have bought cars from and RBM and Bill are the BEST. We will definitely buy from Bill again. The process was great from beginning to end. The car had been prepared beautifully - flawless. We loved seeing it in the showroom when we arrived to pick it up. Lisa was very helpful and well prepared to get us painlessly and quickly through the paperwork. We also do not have a lot of electronics on our cars. Diane was terrific in making sure we knew all we needed to know about the car. We love our car.

As always, the best car buying experience at RBM Alpharetta

The team at RBM, especially my sales rep, Bill Winslow, has made it very easy to transition from a screaming C63 AMG to a milder GLE 350. Bill and Sales Manager, Donnie Moore, put their heads together and came up with a deal that I could not refuse. If I ever hear anyone talking about getting a new vehicle,I always suggest they contact RBM Alpharetta. I know they will never disappoint!
