Awesome car buying experience
Salesman, Kagan Scott, has an awesome personality and was very customer focused. He was very attentive to my car buying needs and provided superior customer service. There was no pressure to buy, which gave me a level of comfort in doing business the RBM dealership. Salesman was very knowledgeable of the Mercedes product and extremely helpful in answering any questions and/or concerns that I had. I received excellent and quality service from Kagen and the entire RBM team I encountered. I would definitely send referrals as well as buy from them again.

RBM of Alpharetta had by far the best selection of vehicles of any other dealer in the area. I was able to find the exact model that interested me on the website and post an inquiry. Within about 5 minutes I had a response from Michael Pietrzak inviting me in for a test drive. He walked me through the details and answered all my questions in a quick an courteous manner. We were even able to agree on a fair and reasonable price before coming in to see it in person. I absolutely hate haggling and Michael made the process easy. After a solo test drive without any unnecessary drama we were able to push through the necessary paperwork in a fairly painless manner. By far this has been the best experience in a car purchase and I recommend them highly.

Great overall experience
Overall, I had a great experience in working with Ramona to buy a car from RBM -- they were competitive on price and Ramona greatly assisted me in working through a pre-purchase inspection with a local mechanic. There were a couple minor frustrating nits with the deal process along the way -- but as far as car buying experiences go, this was one of the better ones I've had

Simply Awesome and First Class Kind of Guy!!
Well, where do I start? Do I tell you about his depth of knowledge, his willingness to educate, his patience, his humor? All of these traits made and exceeded my expectations. Rarely do you find car salespeople who aren’t talking fast just to get to the next sale. Although, he talks and moves fast while dropping a wealth of knowledge, he is efficient and consistent, yet patient and very thorough. Great buying experience!
My wife and I had been looking for a new GLE for over a month. We've owned ML350s for 10+ years, so we didn't really need to be sold on MB, or the vehicle. We just wanted the right car, at the right price, and to deal with people we trusted. We talked with, or emailed dealerships all over the metro area, and as far away as Birmingham. Pam Banda was by far THE most responsive, informative, transparent, and easy to work with agent. I'd say that not just for this experience, but for any of our car buying experiences...ever. We popped in unexpectedly and unluckily for us, Pam was with another customer, but she wanted to make sure we didn't have to wait on her. She asked Vadim Russu to help us, and he was just as incredible. Took us out for a test drive, showed us all the updates/upgrades to the car since our last one, answered all our questions, and was again...incredible. Then he worked with us to get us a good deal on our trade in. We were absolutely his singular focus. Then he talked with us what the Finance experience would be, and asked us questions about what was important to us there to make sure we lined up well with the Finance team when we got in there. Really great, customer centric approach. Next was Tom Ahern who finalized the paperwork. Other than giving me a hard time for the Dodger's sweatshirt I was wearing :-), he was as great as Pam and Vadim. Made everything so easy, answered all our questions, and worked with us to meet our needs. Then we finished off with Diane who was our "concierge". She sat with us for almost an hour and taught us all sorts of stuff about the car that we may have spent months trying to figure out on our own. All that was going on while Vadim was shining up our tires (in addition to the detailing that they'd already done). End to end, an incredible buying experience. Great people that just truly enjoyed their jobs and were all VERY good at them. It was "not" a bunch of people doing their jobs in silos. It was very much an end to end process that was really enjoyable. We live about 10 minutes from MB of Buckhead, and by being who she is, Pam made it easy for us to decide to drive the 35-40 minutes to Alpharetta. Then everyone else really delivered the same experience in a way that we?ll remember, and tell everyone else about. A really great team that created a really great experience.
