RBM of Alpharetta

I relocated earlier this year and visited RBM of Alpharetta for a routine maintenance service on my vehicle. I was provided a loaner vehicle until my car was ready and fell in love with it. I inquired about purchasing and Kyle Edson was very attentive to my needs. The loaner wasn?t available just yet but he kept in touch. He called me recently because he recalled the type of car and exact color I was interested in before. He was quick in sending over the specs and had me set up in no time in order to seal the deal. RBM of Alpharetta was where I finally made my purchase because the process was straightforward. My sales rep was very helpful and worked hard to get my deal finalized. The only reason I did not give a full 5-star rating is because the appraisal manager has ZERO integrity and made up reasons to de-value my trade. He told me that my car had "body & paint work" when I have owned it since new and it had never had any work done. This nearly made me walk out on the deal as I have a big issue with businesses that use these types of practices.

This is the second vehicle we have purchase from RBM of Alpharetta. It was a great pleasure to work with Ramona Razavi. She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in finding the right car and she was helpful in getting the financial helpful we needed she was an amazing person and was very professional thank you Ramona. We will definitely recommend Ramona and RBM of Alpharetta.

We have purchased two vehicles at RBM of Alpharetta and serviced three there over the past 4 years. Kyle is consistently a great communicator, highly-responsive, and tireless when it comes to making the buying experience seamless and hassle-free. Lisa in finance also breezed us through the paperwork-she was clearly prepared to consummate the transaction in the shortest possible amount of time, which is what we were hoping for. Don in service is my favorite-always to the point, knowledgeable, and receptive to budgets when vehicle warranties expire and repair bills are more than desired.. (We serviced a 9 year-old Mercedes with Don as well as our newer ones) Don't buy a Mercedes anywhere else-that's my candid review.

This was the easiest and smoothest purchase I've ever made. Sheaffer really knows his product and makes sure that before you leave you know it as well. He is a real professional and a credit to an already excellent dealership.

Ramona Razavi was a pleasure to work with right form the start. She is knowledgeable, helpful and works with you to help find a car and a solution that works for you. While being completely engaged and available she ensured she is not being pushy. Buying a car at RBM was an awesome and easy experience thanks to Ramona. This was by far the best car buying experience i have had so far. I highly recommend Ramona Razavi.

I have owned several Mercedes Benz. I have had my best buying experience at RBM on Alpharetta. Kyle Edson is complete professional. He answered all my questions about the car, supplied me with the best financing options. He insured that I had a great experience while at RBM.

RMB of Alpharetta and, specifically, David Wang are the absolute BEST. My entire family (and extended family) all drive Mercedes and we only purchase our cars from David at RBM of Alpharetta. I just purchased my 3rd car from David and, as always, the service and level of professional were impeccable. David always makes us feel special and like a member of the family every time we see him. Although I have not seen him in a few years, he still made sure to congratulate me on my recent marriage. How he remembers these things I will never know! He always gives his honest opinion when we are looking at cars which I truly appreciate. You can tell he wants you to be happy with your purchase and that he is not just trying to sell you a car. My husband and I live in Buckhead (there is a Mercedes dealership 5 minutes from my house) yet we still drive the 40 minutes to Alpharetta to purchase from David because no other dealership in Georgia compares. This was the first time my now husband (who drives a Lexus SUV) had met David and right when we walked out of the dealership he looked at me and said: "I will ABSOLUTELY be buying my next car from David...he is great!" I cannot say enough good things about RBM of Alpharetta and David!
