Great Service

We were looking at several brands of luxury vehicles. It?s very difficult for my wife and I to find time during regular business hours to look at cars. We took a chance and called just minutes prior to scheduled closing time. We were greated enthusiastically on the phone with a simple ?of course come by?. So we did. We walked in at closing and meet with Vadim who took the time to show us the vehicles available, never rushing us. My wife found the car of her dreams with Vadim suggesting a C300 that wasn?t even on our previous radar. He took us for a ride and when we returned it was well past closing...Neil the manager was insistent that we take it on another test drive this time with my wife driving. After this, my wife new it was the car she wanted. Thanks for taking the time with us after I?m sure was a long day.... The staff is very enthusiastic and professional. Really enjoyed our experience....

Well Done

Great experience!

This is my first interaction with this dealership and was excellent! The attention I received from Jeff Twiggs was superb! He was very patient with me as I tried to make a decision on which vehicle I wanted and was very professional throughout the entire transaction. I remain very pleased with my experience at RBM and would highly recommend it, and Jeff, to anyone in the market for a Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

After hours gold star service

I showed up after a long drive just at closing time and Vadim Russu’ was gracious enough to take the time and show me around. Because of his enthusiasm for the cars, his knowledge and his sincerity I purchased the car of my dreams

Bill Favini was so knowledgeable and professional! My husband and I were extremely impressed with Bill and RBM of Alpharetta! What a delightful experience! Bill found the perfect car for our daughter's 16th birthday and arranged a very special surprise car presentation for her! RBM of Alpharetta top of class location!

We arrived at RBM of Alpharetta looking for a new Mercedes car for our family. Kyle Edson not only helped us, but was very informative, kind, patient, and understanding. Our family seriously values customer service and Kyle was truly top of the class. Normally we don't do reviews, but we felt as though Kyle definitely deserved our feedback for his service to our family. He helped us design our car, give us great pricing, and kept us constantly updated with the status of our car manufacturing. Even after the car was delivered to us, we had a few questions and he was more than happy to help. If you ever visit RBM of Alpharetta to purchase/lease a car, make sure to ask for Kyle Edson!
