Outstanding sales and finance experience

This was our first experience with Mercedes Benz (previously Lexus). We found the buying experience with Pam Banda to be very professional and customer focused. Diane Evans was very helpful with the technological features. Tom Ahern was very helpful with lease options. The cars are exceptional.

RBM OF Alpharetta amazing!

We arrived at RBM of Alpharetta looking for a new Mercedes car for our family. Kyle Edson not only helped us, but was very informative, kind, patient, and understanding. Our family seriously values customer service and Kyle was truly top of the class. Normally we don't do reviews, but we felt as though Kyle definitely deserved our feedback for his service to our family. He helped us design our car, give us great pricing, and kept us constantly updated with the status of our car manufacturing. Even after the car was delivered to us, we had a few questions and he was more than happy to help. If you ever visit RBM of Alpharetta to purchase/lease a car, make sure to ask for Kyle Edson!

Return to RBM of Alpharetta is a rewarding experience

I bought my first Mercedes-Benz about 10 years ago from Andy Sayers and had a good experience. After driving GMC Yukons for several years, I looked into the GLS 450 as an alternative. My first call was to Andy because I remembered him as a knowledgeable and honest MB representative. Andy provided me with all the information and a test drive that convinced me the new 2018 GLS 450 was my best choice .The whole experience at RBM of Alpharetta is well oiled and customer friendly. Thanks Andy for your help. Lisa in Finance did a great job with the flexible details, and Diane gave me a great introduction to the new car/suv. All in all, an excellent job.

Great Experience at RBM Alpharetta

Everyone at RBM Alpharetta was warm and welcoming! Kagan Scott was the sales executive who helped me and I can't say enough great things about him. Kagan knew everything there was to know about the car I ended up purchasing and answered knowledgeably every question I had. Kagan actually felt like a friend by the end of the purchasing process. I would highly recommend going to this dealership and asking for Kagan Scott.

Best experience to buy my GLC 300

I had a wonderful experience working with Ramona and later with Reza. Both were very professional and was patient throughout my shopping time. They answered all my questions and had multiple rounds of visits and they kept answering my questions. I enjoyed this completely at RBM.

Great customer service

I can highly recommend Kyle Edson, he is a real professional - very attentive and helpful yet tactful without any "sales pitch". As a buyer I really appreciate when the sales person is able to provide me with accurate and relevant information, sometimes before the question is even asked ? and that is the experience I had here.
