Amazing Experience!!!

This dealership really lives up to it's reputation. The staff, specifically Kagan Scott, was very patient and understood my needs. I was referred by my neighbor who also spoke highly of this location and I'm elated that I took her advice. I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta!

Best best car buying experience.

great buy on a used car

Neil Tunny, the sales manager, and Ramona Razavi, the salesperson, were great to deal with. They gave us a very fair deal on a 10 year old Honda CRV. At 10 years old it's still the nicest car I've ever owned. The whole process was pain free! We were highly pleased with RBM and would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful experience

This is the second Mecedes Benz C300 that I purchased at the same dealership RBM of Alpharetta. This time I was helped by Vadim Russu, who made the whole experience incredible for me. He was so helpful and kind, no pressure, and I felt that he took really good care of me and my car needs. He listened, and wanted to make sure that I truly get the car I wanted. I couldn’t imagine him being even more helpful and I got new C300. Everyone from receptionist to finance director was top notch as Vadim, but he made all the difference. For years also I have been going to Theresa - she also takes a great care of me for the service.

Mercedes GLA

Great experience, very helpful staff!

Walking into a high-end dealership to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, I was treated as if I were purchasing a brand new $50K vehicle. The level of attention and detail to me as a Customer made the whole buying experience hassle free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the dealership. Loved my experience at RBM of Alpharetta

I had found a car I loved at the Mercedes dealership in Knoxville. After offering what I considered a very fair price, the dealership turned it down and basically did not seem interested in considering even getting back to me. I saw the very same car at RBM of Alpharetta . After reading reviews, I called Bill Winslow who explained that they give the best prices without all the haggeling that other dealers put people through. He sent me ALL the information on the car I wanted and knew it's entire history as it had been one of 'their ' cars from the beginning. I drove down on a Sat. where he was waiting, I test drove the car and worked with Lisa Brennan who was EXCELLENT with financing. RBM offered the lowest interest rate I had seen for a used car. A very cute CJ, showed me how everything worked even though we had run past closing time for them.. An easy and great experience. I will always check with them first when I am ready for a new car. Highly recommend.

Excellent sales professional and dealership

I went to RBM of Alpharetta to look for a new Mercedes, planning to return a few days later to make the actual purchase. I was warmly greeted by Bill Winslow who answered all of my questions, making it possible for me to quickly decide on a model and find the perfect car. Within a few hours all the details were resolved and I drove away in my beautiful new Mercedes. Bill was very generous with his time and made this a pain-free experience. Everyone at RBM was courteous and helpful and I can highly recommend the dealership and Bill Winslow.

what a wonderful experience!
