My family visited RBM Alpharetta on Labor Day and received remarkable service. Ramona was very patient and persistent prior to even visiting the lot. She reached out via email and and phone but was never pushy in her attempt to get me in my new Mercedes. Upon arrival she was very upfront regarding juggling 2 customers and made sure we felt her presence during the entire process. After test driving our vehicle the lot became fairly busy but that did not stop the staff from making our experience very seemingless. Ramona took the time to explain different financing options and allowed my husband and myself to best the best decision for us and we walked away with the perfect vehicle. I would highly recommend Ramona and this dealership to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2018 C43 amg from RBM Alpharetta. Throughout this entire process the employees at the dealership have been nothing short of amazing. They did a great job of communicating with me throughout the entire process and keeping me updated on the status of my new car. When I arrived to pick up my brand new car they had put it in the showroom and had staged it on a red carpet. This made everything so special and truly showed how much they value their customers. Everyone at RBM Alpharetta is top notch, but Kyle Edson is THE BEST! I will turn 60 in a few months and have bought/leased many cars in my lifetime. And, I normally HATE the process. Seems like I always leave the car lot wondering how bad I got screwed and how much money I left on the table. But not with Kyle! He listened carefully as I described my needs, and described a less than perfect credit situation. Walking in, I thought all I could qualify for was an older model Benz with a large down payment. Boy was I wrong! Kyle calmly showed me all the options available and went out of his way to clearly explain the pros and cons of each approach. And all without the normal "auto sales guy" tactics and pressure. Kyle made me feel like I was a member of his family. His style was low key and "consultatiive' instead of "sales-focused". If everyone behaved like Kyle, car salesmen would not have such a bad reputation. The finance manager, Sharon Thompson got me approved for a better deal than I expected and she made the paperwork process super-simple and easy to understand. I drove home with an almost brand new Mercedies C-Class with a monthly payment that was well under my expectations. Nicest car I have ever driven... All thanks to Kyle Edson and the staff at RBM Alpharetta! KYLE- YOU ROCK! THIS WAS THE BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
